This family company was so professional and had many services that it made it a little easier to leave her without worrying. The owner, James Hunt, worked with me on making sure we had everything needed while I was gone, while going above and beyond to take care of Sadie. His knowledge of dog boarding was evident and I had no hesitations about leaving her because this ranch had everything she needed and more. This boarding ranch was so easy to communicate with and the family was so knowledgeable about dogs and you can tell it is a true passion. I look forward to visiting again and will use J.L. I cannot begin to explain the amount of relief from anxiety training my dogs with Ricky has brought me. No amount of therapy could touch how I felt previously. I have learned patience, clear communication (with my dogs), and appreciation of the minds ability to change after years and years of ingrained unwanted behaviors. Ricky does not sell a one size fits all package - each of my dogs are VERY different, and while the fundamental approaches and concepts in training are the same - the method and timing in which we applied and reinforced these were vastly different. Ricky is able to connect with two leggers and four leggers alike - he gives clear feedback to dogs and human and uses metaphors that we humans understand (driving the speed limit and getting speeding tickets haha) on how the concepts of his approach effects dog behavior. I couldn't be happier. I am humble and I know I need to continue management (and one of my dogs I am holding to higher standard so we are going to continue our own sessions based on what I have learned) but my dogs are completely different. I'm getting complimented by family, friends, and people on walks - impressed with how well behaved my dogs are. I smile and tell them "thank you it's lots of continued hard work" and move along. This morning in particular we walked during trash pick up, had lots of people distractions, and both dogs stayed heeled and attentive to me on their separate walks. Do not hesitate to consider Ricky for your training needs. Also, if you feel alone with your dogs behavior - please know you are anything but alone. My Bella has severe anxiety separation. But, has come to know Hollon's Hounds as a second home. Bella is always excited to mix with the staff and other dogs. Agatha was able to fit me in right away. My dog was immediately comfortable upon drop off. When I arrived to pick him up, my dog was visibly happy and playing with another dog. She also gushed about how well behaved my dog was which is always a plus. She told me about a build up she found while cleaning his ears. This is something that I have never been notified of or noticed myself. Finally, the price was low.

Yes they are good to my animals and yes they are driving to the home, but to be double the price of every other place...? It is just wrong in my eyes. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our big sweet guy 2 weeks ago. It was heartbreaking, and Dr. Fanning and her assistant were with us every step of the way. When she came in, Murphy greeted her with big kisses, and that made me feel better. He went to the Rainbow Bridge with us all surrounding him with love and kisses. The puppy that was delivered to me had massive behavior problems. Voracious digger =heartache. Aggressive towards other male dogs. I guess letting the father dog in to terrorize the babies really is not smart. She also tried to get my vet to falsify information... on and on it went. I returned the pup and gifted him to the puppy nanny who had delivered him to me. Again, this breeder inserts herself and snags him back. Please find a breeder that actually cares about the dogs and not buy from a breeder who is in it to support their own egos! Despicable B____!

He's the love of my life and I don't regret him at all. However the condition he was given to me was so unacceptable. Poor Kenzo at just 8 weeks old was infested with Ticks, had an eye infection in his left eye and giardia. I was told I would get reimbursed for all of those medical bills that I had to pay right up front after purchasing a "healthy" puppy from Timeless but instead Karen eventually just stopped responding to me. Well now fast forward almost 6 years and he has been diagnosed with primary glaucoma (this form is hereditary) it's been a horrible diagnosis. There's no cure, it's extremely painful for them and eventually they go completely blind in both eyes. Please rethink on where you're getting your puppy from. Our sweet boy is now suffering everyday from this horrible eye disease that has no positive outcome and will leave him fully blind in just a couple years or possibly even shorter.
