I'm getting new flooring and my existing floor isn't level, not conducive to plank, already one of them had walked on the float :( As the day unfolded the weather & industrial fans helping we are able to stay home. Good thing since one of them decided to do a walkabout. I called to cancel. Fully expecting to pay the nominal cancel fee but Malone said "oh no! You're fine" did i mention she's lovely? She said it was an emergency thing and she was glad we'd all be staying home, much more comfortable & less stressful for the cats. I have only ever heard good things, going all the way back to their original location on the Eastside. No question, if i ever need to board the kids, that's where they're going. He treated me and my boyfriend kindly and made sure all our questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed. He took care of our old senior girl and removed a huge tumor from her that other vets didn't want to do because of the size. He even went out of his way to call the following morning to check in on her to see how she was doing. His staff is also nice specifically Lainey who I want to thank for being so kind and also not rushing me on the phone. To be able to trust Springdale with large, senior dogs whose only source of stimulation is the walks and playtime the staff provides them with has made all the difference in the world. We have gone on so many more trips since finding this facility- the girls always come home happy and exhausted! They are great with communication when needed, but for the most part I get to enjoy my trips knowing "no news is good news" and that they are always loved and cared for when they are here. Cannot recommend them enough- staff is so friendly and I feel so lucky to have a boarding facility that I can 100% trust. I recommend them to absolutely everyone!

Joanne and Michelle have taken care of our two cats multiple times over the past few months, and most recently Michelle noticed our elder cat with diabetes was not acting herself. She immediately informed us when her condition worsened, and after calling the vet to schedule a visit, and with practically zero prior notice, Joanne came and took our cat in. The quick response from Michelle and Joanne no doubt saved our cat's life, as she was starting to undergo diabetic ketoacidosis and needed to be transferred to the ER. Throughout the entire ordeal, they checked in with us as we rushed to come home early. They treated our cat as if she was a member of their family, and I'll always be indebted to their incredible compassion and care. With every visit, Michelle and Joanne always give us a quick rundown of how the visit went, and spend considerable effort to make sure both cats are fed and taken care of properly. After having experienced several less attentive sitters, the team at Posh Pet Sitting are simply among the best when it comes to caring for your pets while you're away.
