The owners take great pride in the grounds, and take care of their tenants. Pros: Friendly responsive owners, meticulously maintained grounds, level graveled sites, auto-draft available, security cameras, free wi-fi, very clean laundry room, many shade trees, large fenced doggie area, available storage area for boats etc, 1-mile walking trail on site... many amenities other parks do not have and very competitive rates. Cons: Trains roll through this quaint little town occasionally but I was oblivious to them after a week or so. Better than staying by the airport. I chose to stay here and commute to the south side of Lubbock (30-miles round trip) every day because it was hands down the best park around.

He quickly replies to texts or calls to residents, and is overall helpful and kind. If I hadn't purchased a home, I'd easily still be living there. The park has bathrooms (men's and women's with showers,) a laundry facility, and wifi. It's in a quiet area and residents keep to themselves.

You have to be a member to use our social quarters, RV, and pool. We welcome anyone who would like a place to volunteer or donate their time to come check us out. The social quarters is opens at 4pm on the weekdays and 1pm on weekends. There is always someone around who can tell you what being an Elk and member are all about. We have also started a youth organization called the Antlers. This organization is for kids 12-21 and parents or relatives do not have to be a member for your youth to join. This was a trip 2 or 3 years ago. It is a great memory…read more Just got back from Albuquerque Balloon Festival, 100 people went on this trip. There were 3 buses. The 3 drivers and 3 attendants on the trip were fantastic!! Was it perfect, no, but what is when you have 100 people traveling together. The owners did all they could to accommodate and help their guests. We left on Friday morning, visited Olde Towne, which was quaint. Up early for the morning accession, back to the hotel, a museum and back for the evening show, which was fantastic! You could go for the second morning show the next day.Then we headed home. It rained on us almost the entire trip home, but the capable drivers kept us safe and we got home within the expected time. Albuquerque's weather was great all the time we were there (a few drops, but not rain). Our accommodations at the hotel and at the festival were excellent. The drivers and attendants were funny, helpful and kept a great attitude through out the entire trip. My sis and I had a great time and recommend it!!
