The first two companies that I had scheduled three times each did not come or even call for follow up after their third missed appointment. My provider worked quickly and did well doing first time adjustment to the front and back yards. He found and repaired a broken supply line. My cost was $140 for everything the companies that never showed both had a base fee of $150 and said they might not even start work on the first visit. So the service and phone calls were superior.
