But to not say to much info, I'll just say that I originally saw her for depression, anxiety, and was forgetting a lot. Well, i wasn't living in a nice area at the time, my car was broken into a few years ago, with all of my suitcases, because I was going to see my family in McComb that day. All my stuff, money,clothes,meds,purse, all gone. I called police, had to call dr, try to get refills, on all, then get to my gma's. Dr said " ok honey I'm so sorry"... single mom of two, works ass off, and just didn't know what to do. Dr said to bring police report because of one of the 3 medications would require it... Next thing I know, Karen Mullen called me herself, very mean and hateful, as if I'm someone who did this to myself...!!! And said to find new dr, turn around and don't come in. Not only was it the end of one med, but of 2 meds that we very important, very dangerous to stop taking abruptly, and medications that I had to take and have been taking for a while. And then hung up in my face. I was very lucky to find a doctor that I see now now who helped me out immediately!!!

The icing on the cake for me was the letter I received in the mail yesterday thanking me for my business, explaining why he chooses to remain independent, and not join a group or a hospital, because he doesn't believe in sales quotas and profiting off of unnecessary procedures for his patients, and also included was an article on the benefits of a plant based diet, which is so near and dear to my heart being as how I've been mostly vegan/vegetarian for almost 4 years now. I will continue to use Dr. Gruich for my and my family's health needs for years to come!

I saw an NP here and he was rude and made me feel oddly unwelcome to the point where I said I could just leave if there was a problem with me going there. He told me my BP was high and that I needed to 'get it checked out'. Four days later I go see my GP in OS and they check me twice and my BP is fine- completely normal. I will never go here again based off how ill mannered the NP was. I've never felt so uncomfortable going to see a medical practice and no one should feel like their wasting their time when your paying for a service. I get that family centers such as these run busy but its not an excuse. I am just as important as the next person you see. Just go somewhere else if you want to feel like they are listening to you and paying attention to what your saying.
