Reason I was upset is because Tom does not let you talk. He will talk over you and bully you. His business seems like a small con operation to rip customers off and make them feel like it is your fault.

The company I used in the past for roofing/gutter issues had closed, so I reached out to AD Roofing based on a recommendation from my realtor. As far as I can tell this issue has been resolved. One of their technicians cleaned and re-caulked the corner section and I haven't noticed any water below it since. The only "complaint" I have is that I didn't know what exactly they had done until a few days later when I reached out to find out and I didn't know how much I was being charged until a bill arrived in the mail. I'm glad it wasn't an expensive job and they could get it done so quickly and easily. I just wish there was a little more communication so I was in the loop right away about what was being done and how much it would cost.
