I've seen a lot of pictures about the Pickle Emporium on Social Media. I had some spare time on my hands so, I stopped in. Here's what I discovered. As soon as, you walk in, the doors are pretty heavy. The two ladies at the the register will greet you right away. You will have a lot of fun looking at all the Pickle merch. Some interesting products I liked were the Pickled Pretzels, Pickled Popcorn and the Pickled Hot sauce! . It's very neat inside, everything's organized! There are a lot of things that are price and there are some things that you're unsure of what the price is will be? However the ladies at the register new their prices. I wanted to get a little souvenir. So,I got a Pickle eraser, a pickle sticker and and the Pickle Seltzer. If you need to use the Restroom. Restrooms are available down the hallway. They are clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this place. They have a variety of merch, the staff is friendly and you're guaranted to fine something pickled! read more

Texas Highways magazine had a great write-up about the Emporium. Even though it was more retail space than museum, I still had a blast looking around. There were two walls celebrating the history of the company, and the informational plaques were very enlightening. Yes, I do enjoy a good pickle from time to time, but I don't think I'm that fanatical about the former life of a cucumber. Ha ha! Even still, check out the Emporium. You certainly won't be disappointed. By the way, the two staff members on duty were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was also very clean and laid out beautifully. read more

Pickles, pickles everywhere, and tons of them to eat (or drink or smell or hug or squish or wear). Haha. This really is an emporium of Best Maid Pickle products. Obviously they have jars upon jars of pickles products in every size, flavor, and cut. Then they have pickle popcorn and chips, dressings, sauces, and seasonings. But this goes so far beyond the edible stuff, you guys. They have pickle t-shirts, baby onesies, socks and stickers, lots of cutesy pickle swag. Then they have aaaall the other things... you name it, they put a pickle on it. Or made it pickle-shaped. Pickle lunchboxes and tote bags, candles (yes they smell like pickles), tea towels, frisbees, playing cards, cutting boards, emotional support stuffed pickles, pickle bandaids and cups and pocket mirrors, oh my. I mean, I like pickles but this is insane. Please take any pickle-lover or child to this place and they'll have a ball. I also really like the wall display that goes over Best Maid Pickle's history and story. I always like to know the origin story of something, and it's pretty cool how local Best Maid really is to our metroplex. read more

this place has been on my list for quite some time. and the only reason i know about this place is from the martin house pickle beer. By the way, if you have not tried the pickle beer from martin house, please do yourself a favor and get some to try. The reason i'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 stars is that we bought a three small bags of popcorn, and i wasn't aware of the price. they ended up being 6 bucks a bag.... which is kinda wild as i can go to trader joes and pick up a large bag of pickle popcorn for like 3 bucks. However, i must admit this place is pretty cool. So many random pickle souvenirs. Also, i wished they sold single pickles like theme parks. read more

I gave one star for the vibes and cool atmosphere. This place is cool and touristy. I'm not a pickle fan but my wife is. She came for a single pickle which they did not sell. I mean they could make a couple more bucks if they started selling single pickles out the jar or even had them individually packaged I mean come on Best Maid do better. If you really want to blow peoples minds sell Kool aid pickles that will give your guests a major flavor bomb. The wife got pickle flavored cotton candy which sounds gross and it tasted like the smell of a dirty public restroom. I'm good on never visiting here again. read more

I had seen so much hype about Best Maid pickle emporium; and had meant to come try it sooner. Though unfortunately the hype had built this place up a little too much for someone that's not a hard core Best Maid brand specific fan. Pros include some displays that show some of the brands history and the number of items you can get to display your appreciation of this brand if you are a fan. Plus there are a number of different styles of pickles you can get, pickle snow cones and pickle flavored popcorn. Negatives: You can't get a big ol' pickle! Like the ones you could get at the movie theater to snack on. Of anywhere; I figured you could get one, it would be here. They have a snack stand to get the snow cones but don't do that. Otherwise; Prices are a bit high. Pickles run a little high compared to grocery options. $6 for a bag of popcorn that you can get similar at a mom-pop shop for less or about the same closer to home. I was tempted to grab a magnet but didn't see a price. So ended up with a $3 jar; the smaller size they offer; and that's about it. The staff member at the snack counter when I asked about the pickle was nice & helpful; but she was visiting with another customer that was a regular or someone she knew from elsewhere. The staff member at the check out counter was nice; had a bit more of quick & short responses vs a lot of engagement. Which I'm sure might be from having to answer a lot of "How much is this?" Due to prices of things being missing on a number of items. So, not a bad spot ... but some wiggle room for improvement!! read more

If you're a pickle lover like me then you will love this place! I've wanted to go here for years and finally decided to make the hour and some change drive to ft worth to explore! I love the location. I'm not very familiar with ft worth but it was pretty much downtown ft worth. I love the paintings on the outside of the building. The store was full of all kinds of unique pickle products. A lot of products I've seen at other candy stores and such but of course they have lots of best maid products I haven't seen anywhere. I was most intrigued by the candles. I've had a pickle juice candle but best maid one smelled a lot better and so I will definitely have to go back for it. I think the prices in here were very reasonable actually. Great variety of shirts and hats and other Knick knacks! Lots of tumbler cups which I loved as well. I want to try and buy something new from here every few months. Lol They also gifted some free cucumber seeds with purchase! I purchased a small jar of regular kosher dill pickles. This is the coolest place ever! If you're a fan of Best Maid or just love pickles in general, you'll adore this place! Jon G. and I came here on a whim and it definitely won't be our last visit. They sell all their Best Maid pickle products as well as their Houston based sister brand Del Dixi pickles. There was a so much stuff I didn't even know they made. I'm curious about all their sandwich fixin's and some of their other styles of pickles. Not to mention, if you can think it, they have made it into a pickle based accessory. There are Best Maid dog toys, Best Maid lanyards, Best Maid coasters, Best Maid Jewelry, everything!! All the decor is super cute and on brand. They even have a little photo op area that looks like the back of a truck with a big cucumber in the bed, so cute for taking pics, especially of the kiddos! The lady that checked us out at the end was super friendly and knowledgeable. She even threw in some Best Maid stickers and a packet of seeds with our purchase, super cool! I also heard that they are trying the get their liquor license so they will be able to sell pickle beer here soon. Until then, make sure you drive a few miles away down to Martin House to get your pickle beer fix. read more

I am so excited this store finally opened up. They carry every product best maid pickles has made! They also carry many novelty and gifts for the pickle enthusiast in your life! They do have online shopping available if you dont feel like waiting in line. The store itself is small so they limit 15 people at a time. Do expect a long line since the store just opened and many will be flocking to it. Remember theh are closed sunday and monday and they close at 6pm read more

If you love pickles, you should definitely check this place out. Fair warning - it's pretty small so don't plan on spending more than 10-15 mins there but it's still so worth it. I'm a pickle lover so trying to decide what to try was so difficult. Ended up getting the jalapeño mustard, spicy kosher pickles, and garlic dill pickles. We've only tried 2/3 so far but both have been delicious! Also just super cute to see the history of best maid pickles. There's a place where I'm assuming demonstrations/samples can happen but this was closed due to Covid I'm sure. When I'm in the area again I'd definitely stop by to pick up more pickles. Very very expensive. Very cute items, however $30 for an ornament put me over the hill. That's really why I came to get one of their pretty round white ornaments for my tree, but not for $30. They have pickles for a good price and the mayonnaise was a good price and the bloody Mary mix was a good price - but anything else we kind of walked away from.
