My mom & I went in for an hour & 40 minute couples massage and we both enjoyed our massages very much. We both were blown away by how strong the ladies were! I I mentioned a spot in my neck that was giving me trouble and she did a wonderful job of working on it. I had a great experience at Best Massage on Saturday that I had to come back to make sure it wasn't a fake or something. I've been burned before in other places. I want to suggest changing your name to The Very Best Massage Spa. Everyone welcomes me with kind and gentle greetings. I bragged about Ms. Angela last time and I hear to say that she is not fake at all. She is sweet, gentle, kind and cares about your health and well being. I had an even better experience this time around. She must know me from another life. She knew exactly where to go and how much pressure to apply. And she being too kind. Continuing to confirm she was applying ample pressure. I know I groaned a couple of times and she found nerves I didn't know needed attention. I am kinda shy and wore underwear but she makes a person feel comfortable at all times. Very sweet and professional at all times. I respect her and love that I moved here from Arizona. I did a half marathon in Nampa a couple of weeks ago and treated myself to a massage afterwards. I go to a lot of different Asian foot massage places, and this really was one of the best. I asked for a 60 minute one but ended up having him massage for 90 minutes. He was pretty strong and communicated well enough to know what I was saying. My husband and I got massages here the other day. They took us last minute in Christmas Eve which was nice. I'm giving it 2 stars because it wasn't the best massage I've ever had and wasn't the worst. If you're wanting the whole experience (spa, comfy robes, oils, hot stones, etc), don't go here. It was strange having a massage fully clothed, not the most relaxing experience but still nice to get the knots on my back rubbed and kneaded. The masseuses were very nice, got right to it and did a fairly good job. But for the experience as a whole I felt it was fairly over priced. It wasn't half bad! The way the place is setup is a little weird. I'm used to it being a little less exposed, tinted windows, curtains, etc. The massage was pretty good. I splurged and got a 1 hour combination (usually I get the 1 hour reflexology when I go to get a massage). The guy who I had originally made it feel very rushed, but once he calmed down a little bit (LOL) it got better. A little too much pressure on the neck, but I walked out feeling like a million bucks. My recommendations for setup would be to get some curtains in between the chairs and the tables and have some more space between the foot massage chairs so they aren't so close together.. and also dim the lights so it's a more relaxing environment. read more

Their over the sheet technique was new to me and at first I was skeptical that they could do much while I was fully clothed. Wow, was I wrong. Hands down the best massage I have ever had! My husband and I went in at the same time and both had a spectacular experience. Their attention to detail was impeccable and they were methodical in their approach. I have been going to "Best Massage" for at least a year and a half once-two times a month. I loved this place because I could make an appointment at the last minute, the staff was friendly, and I always got a lot of relief from my health issues from their massage techniques. Traditionally when I went there they had cubby type rooms with two beds and a doorway that was open. That being said you would just leave all of your clothes on removing only your shoes and socks and they would do what they call a "dry massage" leaving all your clothes in place as they were when you laid on the table. On 12/31/2021 I went to "Best Massage" to get a massage. When I walked in I saw that they had remodeled their space. They now have faux walls and barn style sliding doors that cover each room, but that there is a 1" gap between the wall and the barn door so you can totally see into the room so their isn't really any privacy and the doors are super loud when they are sliding back and forth. They also had new staff that I didn't recognize. I am not sure if they are under new ownership or if they just hired new people. My massage started with a female masseuse who asked me to take off my clothes while she was still in the room. I just took off just my shirt because that is what I was comfortable with since there is a gap in the door, but when I laid back on the table she literally pulled off my sports bra over my head while I was laying on the table. Then they switched half way through the massage to a male masseuse without even saying anything to me! I awoke to him asking me to take my pants off so he could put oil on my legs - I refused so then he aggressively pulled my pants half way down by butt crack which was quite painful as I had jeans and a belt on. I traditionally do the oil massages with just my underwear on (just not a this place per their previous protocol) so I was trying to justify their behaviors, but the fact that the female masseuse didn't leave the room when she asked me to undress further, she ripped off my sports bra, and the male masseuse pulled down my pants to expose half of my butt just made me mad the more I thought about it. My sister also had a similar situation happen when she went to "Best Massage" on 1/23/22. She also had the female masseuse to start and then they switched to male without telling her. They also tried to get her to take her clothes off as well. She was also super traumatized by what happened during her massage. Therefore, WE will NEVER go back. I am super sad because I loved going to "Best Massage" but this event was so traumatic for me that I will not be returning. I am not a person that writes reviews, but I am speaking up to share my experience so that it hopefully won't happen to you. read more

I came for a massage at 8 pm on Saturday. No one was there and it was all closed up. All the signs said it closed at 9. I called a few times and no one answered. There was no sign or anything in the door saying they were out or closing early. I was in a lot of pain from some muscles in my back locking up. I absolutely love this massage place. You can do a lay down table massage or the leather chair recline massage. My son talked me into going and now I'm hooked. I do the chair massage bc I love my feet rubbed more. I always get Queenie the female massage therapist. She is very thorough and spends equal time on my arms, legs , etc. She gives the same quality massage every time I visit. I love the hot towels wrapped around my feet and on my legs after a hard day. Even thought it's a chair massage it's practically a full body massage. If I ask she'll use the "deep blue" lotion. I love the reflexology they use during the foot massage. I like too that you can walk in without an appointment , Saturdays they are pretty busy so I call ahead. I like how they accept debit cards and that you don't have to sign a monthly contract. I stopped in here yesterday after receiving a "deep tissue massage" the day prior from a place across the street next to Ross. I did an hour massage at both places and sadly the first one I received from their competition wasn't very good. I left feeling a little better, but not great. I stopped in here before heading home and I was pleasantly surprised. It was big, clean, and the prices were great. The lady who did my massage (I didn't catch her name) was fabulous. There were times where I was cringing as she was working various parts on my body. Today is the day after and as expected I am SORE which is a good thing when you've received a deep tissue massage. I know that tomorrow and the following days I feel feel great when the soreness subsides. Overall I am very satisfied. I've already noticed a big difference in the range of motion of my shoulders.
