Best Massage, The name is missleading. While they are nice, legit and clean, my one hour massage I cut to 30 min in the middle of the massage. Just for texture : I get a massage at least once per week. I am a body builder, personal trainer and a therapist myself. I'm licensed in the state of GA. So I understand when someone is training or fairly new. But this was not that. 1. The therapist should not spend 10 min with the drape in place massaging you. 2. The purpose of the initial draped phase is to prepare your muscles for the massage. That should take three to five min. unless you requested longer. My therapist, (female dark hark dark outfit) spent 30 min of a 1 hour total body massage on my back. Note: The largest muscles are glutes, quads, lats, pecs etc. that's where the time should be spent but most people don't like all those muscles massaged, which is why I am clear that I want a total body massage. 3. She spent too much time on my back. (I did not request extra time be spent). 4. I constantly asked her to move on and I even ask the manager to come I the room and explain but she continued to massage my back. 5 This horrible experience cost $55 including tip. (Yes I tipped over 20%) for that experience. 6. The Therapist needs to manage her time better. 7. During the massage of just my back, we used my translator, because I kept asking her to move on but she didn't understand.uneven ask the lady at the front desk to explain and she still move to the next bodypart On my translator she types, "The Massage experience is a shared one". So try to relax. How can I relax when there's 30 min left and she has not even done glutes, arms, legs. On the back side. Unless we are both paying i etc. t's not a shared experience., if she's going to rush through the remaining body parts. 8. There was only 30 left I had not even turned over I get that people may not want pecs, and and quads massages but I told them when I checked in Im a bodybuilder, and I needed total body, except head and feet massaged. She had not massage even done my arms, when would she have time for head and feet. 9. This was a terrible experience and I caution anyone unless you just want a mediocre back massage don't waste your money. 10. This was the final straw, 30 min into it she arms were not down, she preceded to do the rest of my body while draped. Georgia massage training, teaches you how to properly drape and tuck each area to ensure modesty. Unless otherwise requested. Areas should be un draped and tucked properly. When I was in Hong Kong twos weeks prior to this sorry massage. They properly un draped the area to massaged and re draped before moving to next area. This ensures hand to skin contact and you can actually feel the various muscles and contours. My therapist was obviously not licensed in the state of GA. This is something that you all should consider Inlike to try and give other locations a shot be user my usual therapist at (ATL Massage) in Dacula off Brasselton was not available, so I took a chance. Best massage delivers on their name. We were promptly seated and taken back to the foot massage room. These chairs look like bed and do recline. They soak your feet first before they start. We had an hour of true bliss. My little toes and feet feel amazing. So relaxing. The music is perfect and where we were sitting you could hear the birds outside. Perfect pressure, perfect service, perfect foot massage. My daughter lives here and recommended this spot. Came here and got a great massage over a year ago but on future attempts the place was closed. Tried again recently while in the area and found they were open and had availability for a walk-in. I got a 90-minute combo starting with a foot massage, not long after starting the foot massage I heard the front door open and someone very loudly say they were Patrick and had made an appointment. Patrick was led to the foot massage room where he continued to talk and just make noise. During his foot soak he was on his phone with the volume all the way up and had it set to beep every time he touched his screen. When his massage started he stopped the masseuse several times to ask her questions about calluses and why parts of his foot hurt when she pressed on other parts etc. Including him, there were 3 people getting foot massages. He was completely oblivious to the fact that he was the only person in the whole place talking and that other customers were glaring at him. On top of that, none of the employees informed him of proper spa etiquette and allowed him to continue being disruptive. Even after I moved to the body massage room I could still hear him talking until he paid and left. I later learned that the lady massaging Patrick's feet was the owner! How can the owner allow someone to be that disruptive? I returned several weeks later and it was a much better experience but it also appeared I was the only customer there. Unfortunately, they have also raised their prices and for a 90-minute combo it's $100, which is about $20 more than the majority of other spas in the area. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a day prior to Mothers Day to treat my mom. We went and the staff were very sweet and welcoming. When we entered the room, it was dim lit, which was relaxing. When starting the massage, the ladies started very firm. It actually hurt (both my mom and I), and I think they should ask what pressure you'd prefer before starting the service. It was my first massage so I think they did good otherwise, but with my mom having numerous massage experiences beforehand, she was not really impressed. read more

I had a really good experience with this place. I came in after an extremely stressful work week. Splurged on the 2 hour 100 special (hour feet hour body) which seemed like a super fair price. Ayu was professional and seemed to be working with pressure points. I left feeling amazing. I get massages a few times a month and will definitely be coming back here. Worst massage ever, the therapist didn't ask me what I needed or if the pressure was okay, he kept going too hard and I said less pressure and it still hurt, I'm more tense and in pain then before when I got in. I could barely hear the relaxing music...the sheets didn't look clean..I wanted some foot included..none..they didn't tell me to flip over..they didn't really do my legs...this was literally the worst massage I had in my life read more
