Afterward, my bottom lip stopped working--it covers my top teeth when I smile. I went to a local office told me she injected the wrong muscles (DLI instead of DAO), and my top lip filler looks uneven, hard, and unnatural. I flew to Georgia just for this appointment and spent $5,000 plus travel. When I reached out in panic, Madison told me to massage my mouth and neck with a toothbrush--even though she didn't treat my neck and couldn't remember what she did. The Botox effects won't wear off for at least three months, so I'm facing this very important event with a ruined smile and just in time for the holidays too. See my before and after photos--it's a disaster. She should be embarrassed at not only the Botox snafu of injecting the wrong muscles but also the sloppy lip injections.

However, about a week in I began experiencing some alarming side effects and called the office to speak with someone about it. No one called me back. Called again, communicated my need. Again, no callback. Went back in for my 2nd blood panel. Noticed markers changed drastically with in areas besides hormones (which is the only area that should have gone up without concern). Called to get clarity on those numbers. No ONE returned a call. Falling through the crack once is understandable...falling through it repeatedly is not understandable. But I have already invested time/money into a procedure I know I need and go back a 3rd time to get my 2nd round of HRT. My appointment was @ 11 and by 11:30 I am told I should be seen in 15 or more minutes. Why bother scheduling appointments? And if I was 45 minutes late would they have been so forgiving? Probably not. As a matter of fact they probably would have told me they could not see me and to reschedule but it is entirely excusable for a practice to do to its patrons what they would never tolerate a patron doing to them. Had someone just assumed some responsibility this review would read very differently.
