When I got there, I showed the clerk my printed sheet & explained I had return for Amazon. The Clerk did not greet me, she looked at the sheet and rudely said "We need a label." I explained this was the label emailed to me. She got even more rude and louder said "We need a proper label. They will email you." I said "This is what was emailed to me." The another clerk, seeing how this was heading South, stepped in and read off the paper I had "Can take up to 5 days to receive." I clearly was still not understanding "But this is what I got so..." & she finally SHOWED me what I should be looking for. Bottom line, rude & hard to get help.
