Yes, I did get my passport in the end, but the so-called "online chat" is nonexistent, their "helpline" might as well be a black hole, and any "updates" come in the form of generic form letters with zero way to get clarification. Basically, you ship off your most sensitive documents and just hope they don't vanish into the ether. Comforting, right? The only saving grace was the FedEx clerk, who not-so-subtly hinted, "Yeah, we've heard complaints." That says it all. Take it from me: skip this "rush" service. The actual U.S. State Department is easier to deal with, they answer the phone (imagine that!), and even told me flat-out that next time I should just use the normal government site. Spoiler: it's not that hard. Bottom line--RushMyPassport isn't a shortcut, it's a money pit. Don't fall for it.

He also does not encourage his clients to be reasonable during parenting disputes, he will argue and make snarky remarks on behalf of them. At one time our co parent had bed bugs really bad and he didn't bat an eye, which he's supposed to advocate for the children when his client is in the wrong. Our co parent has not yet completed Parents Forever which is a Court ordered class, and he has told us it would be completed by December 2021. Super unprofessional.
