My father saw a lady walking around and rummaging through people's belongings. Like literally going into other people's purses and bags they left on chairs/counters. He noticed that the bag we keep our laundry stuff (detergent, dry sheets) was moved. 2. Just today, we left a half-full container of laundry detergent on top of a washing machine we were using to go dry a batch of clothes. When we returned a few minutes later, the bottle was empty. So someone used a huge amount of laundry detergent that didn't belong to them (like we wouldn't notice?!?!?) for their own clothes. Another instance that bothered me and serves as a warning. A lady opened my drying machine and shoved her stuff into it. Like did you not notice clothes that ARE NOT YOURS spinning in there?? So keep an eye on your washing and drying machines while you're here because people are clueless and ridiculous. Take EVERYTHING with you when moving around the laundromat and stay close to your washing and drying machines. That's all I can say. Also, there's no hot water in the washing machines (clothes come out cold/lukewarm) so you mind as well use cold water to save yourself the 30 cents.

One day I asked him if I can change my one dollar coin into quarters and he told me "we usually don't do that because you should have bills" I was amazed by how rude and dumb his response was! Another thing, my dad does laundry here too so while he was taking out the clothes from the dryer he got cut, a small part of the dryer was out and it's super dangerous! He was bleeding a lot because it was a deep cut, and when he told the guy who works there, he just said be careful next time. My dad wanted to check the cameras but the guy said they don't work. This laundry mat is dirty but at least it's close by, is just the guy who works there with his nasty attitude that makes it a bad place. And third don't ever insert a $5, $10 and $20 bill into the machine that turns It into coins because, just two days ago I inserted a $5 bill and it only gave me 3 dollars in quarters!!!! When I told jr why he laughed and said "oh you inserted a big bill" then proceed to give me the remaining amount. But imagine I inserted a $20 bill?
