Courteous, polite, and competent. Took his time (it can get complex) and got it right. The price? I got 3 quotes, Sasser's was $1,362 out the door. The other two? North of $2500. Sasser's isn't "cheap"... they're fair. And the others wanted money upfront for a service call. Sasser's runs their business like a family business should be run: Treat a customer with respect, be fair on your price, earn repeat business.
