Despite this, I woke up to a pending charge on my card even after clearly instructing them to stop all services and billing immediately. The actual pest control service has been terrible. Spraying was minimal, the roach issue never improved, and during the last visit the technician admitted he didn't even have mouse traps because he "ran out." That means the service was incomplete and ineffective. Ignored cancellation requests + continued billing + poor service = completely unacceptable. I have retained all written communication and call records and will continue escalating this through my financial institution, BBB, and consumer protection authorities until this is formally resolved and refunded. This experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

We had a European Starling nest inside our vent which caused an issue when mites started appearing through the vent. Called Reliable and they were able to quickly remediate the issue by first adding a bird trap to let the birds come out (while preventing the birds from going back in), and sprayed natural pesticides (both indoor and outdoors with different pesticides) to mitigate the spread of the mites.
