He left the floor dirty with insulation that came from the attic and didn't even offer to clean it up....didn't even acknowledge it. He left without saying goodbye...this whole visit was strange and I sent a note to complain. Laurie was very considerate and timely, but I don't think the same for the rest of the company. Despite this, I woke up to a pending charge on my card even after clearly instructing them to stop all services and billing immediately. The actual pest control service has been terrible. Spraying was minimal, the roach issue never improved, and during the last visit the technician admitted he didn't even have mouse traps because he "ran out." That means the service was incomplete and ineffective. Ignored cancellation requests + continued billing + poor service = completely unacceptable. I have retained all written communication and call records and will continue escalating this through my financial institution, BBB, and consumer protection authorities until this is formally resolved and refunded. This experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

Jonah came by, on time, by Friday, found the roach (destroy that jerk) and treated all other possible entry points. As a woman, it's really important to me to find sympathetic and respectful services and MMPC has great techs- patient, informative, explained all the chemicals they were using, how long to keep away my pets, how often to call for routine treatment, etc. I hate roaches, but I love knowing that the best treatment for finding a roach is to give MMPC a call! They drop right on my son's pillow and another one jump on my in-law's face. The technician came on time and exam every corner in our house. After the inspection, the technician went to work on the treatment and spent more than an hour in total. He even check my attic to make sure no signs of spiders or bugs. On the following day, we found not only the spider are almost gone but all crickets went disappeared. The whole house is whisper quiet. Imagine multiple circuits singing in your house calling each other in the middle of night. Another benefit is no more silver fish. Hopefully, the treatment can last for three months. I will continue to ask them to return quarterly for at least a year.
