He did not have a ladder ready to bring inside because it was wet and on top of his vehicles so I had to get the ladder for him that I had. He left the floor dirty with insulation that came from the attic and didn't even offer to clean it up....didn't even acknowledge it. He left without saying goodbye...this whole visit was strange and I sent a note to complain. Laurie was very considerate and timely, but I don't think the same for the rest of the company. Her manager Matt does not care for follow up in customer complaints.

I attempted to cancel my Orkin service multiple times via phone and email starting on November 23, 2025. No responses. No callbacks. No acknowledgement. Despite this, I woke up to a pending charge on my card even after clearly instructing them to stop all services and billing immediately. The actual pest control service has been terrible. Spraying was minimal, the roach issue never improved, and during the last visit the technician admitted he didn't even have mouse traps because he "ran out." That means the service was incomplete and ineffective. Ignored cancellation requests + continued billing + poor service = completely unacceptable. I have retained all written communication and call records and will continue escalating this through my financial institution, BBB, and consumer protection authorities until this is formally resolved and refunded. This experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Proceed with caution.
