At the very beginning in with working with Ricardo he was the best- from getting a quote for a leaking roof , to providing a quote for the repair, and all the way to even walking me through possibly having my insurance company pay for the hail damages on the roof. He was extremely helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. He had no problem explaining the types of roofs and shingles and would always take my calls and texts at any time of the day. Even if he didn't answer at that moment, he would call me back right away. Everything was explained clearly and openly and the new roof was installed in one single day. After our insurance disappointed us with our outcome, which that's another story, Ricardo at Green Up Renovation LLC gave us an excellent quote for the quality of roof he provided and super glad we hired them because we now have the baddest looking roof on our block! We researched different material and companies and ALMOST went with another company with vinyl log siding---and we dodged a bullet! Steel siding offered by ABC was only nominally more expensive, yet fireproof and warrantied for life. We met with Leana who was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us to solve a couple of dilemmas even. She was so easy to work with and paid attention to our home-specific concerns. She showed up to review everything on the first day of install and came by after they were done to evaluate it all and address any questions. We were about a year out on the schedule but then about 5 months after we signed the contract they suddenly had an opening to do our house. The job is now complete---siding, soffits and fascia- and it looks amazing! Changes the entire landscape of our neighborhood. Now....let's talk about the crew. I've remodeled two different homes and never seen better workmanship in my life as provided by Willie, Jason and Alan. Excellent work ethics and exceptional attention to detail. Passer-bys even commented on their fine workmanship. They even replaced any weather damaged sub-siding, removed all the mud dauber nests underneath the old siding, and rewrapped the entire house with new vapor guard. They were here for 2 weeks and were very respectful, thorough and cleaned up everything, right down to sweeping the yard with a giant magnet. As far as product, you cannot select anything better than ABC Seamless. As far as quality of work, you cannot find anything better than ABC Seamless. This meant I wouldn't need to deal with a lot of the paperwork and middle man stuff. I truly didn't want to mess with and simply wanted my roof replaced due to storm damage. I called HCS and they came back with an estimate. I approved the work. Materials were ordered and roof installed as promised with no issues. Cody was fantastic and easy to work with overall. My only hiccup was some confusion with them working with my insurance company as a preferred provider. Essentially, I had to get a bit more involved than I had hoped, but at the end of the day it wasn't a huge ordeal. Highly recommend for ease of use and workmanship.

On one occasion two staff members showed up unannounced after two weeks of silence and wanted to proceed with demo. We stated that we had not been informed and had not agreed to this. The two workers stated, "you have a contract!" they then immediately turned VERBALLY HOSTILE and said they had spoken to our adjuster and the work had been approved. (We had not given permission for this part of the job.) Our adjuster was called and confirmed our suspicions that the DRS workers LIED. The DISHONESTY and DISREGARD FOR CLIENTS who have sustained major trauma and loss is shameless. RUN!
