My husband and I booked Best Ride Limousine for a surprise appreciation luncheon (9/26/21) for 3 very special guests and their closest friends. To say Mina and his company did not disappoint, is an understatement. The logistics of my event were nothing less than ordinary. Mina had to make two separate stops to pick up my guests prior to getting everyone to the restaurant. First stop, Capitol Heights, MD. He arrived about 10 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time. When he arrived he greeted my husband and I and proceeded to go over all the perks of the bus. Sound system, temp control etc. We loaded our very surprised guests and headed to our second pickup spot, Baltimore, MD. Our ride was perfect. Mina calculated all the pickup times to make sure we made our 1:00 p.m. restaurant reservation. We arrived to our Baltimore pickup again, 10 minutes early. My Baltimore guests were SUPER surprised! Mina made them feel so welcomed and once we got the music going, we headed to.....wait for it......Gambrills, MD. Yes! Mina did all that driving never wavering his great spirit of making sure we were all having the best time ever. Even after going over by an hour due to us having such a great time at the restaurant, he stayed consistent in his service to us. TRULY AMAZING! Service was impeccable! Punctuality was on point! We all felt safe on the party bus. I will definitely use Best Ride again and encourage anyone looking at Best Ride Limousine to also book with them. They will definitely not disappoint! We just use their service tonight with the Party Bus- Snow White. It was excellent service all around... Mina (owner) always responded promptly to me every time I reached out. We used the bus for our girls lacrosse team to travel from Lutherville to Lancaster for Field of Screams round trip. He was so professional to deal with. I reached out to so many companies and he quoted us the best price as well. The party bus was in great condition. The girls loved being able to control the music themselves. I made sure to get his business card because if we need a party bus again in the future I can save hours not having to shop around and just call him. I have to say I get scared that what I see online isn't the product I'll get but what we got we excellent. Need something call him... you'll see what I mean... he is genuine and professional. When I was looking for a car and driver to take our son and his new bride from their wedding reception to their hotel, I looked at a lot of websites and sent a lot of emails.  Some services never even responded.  Mina of Best Ride did and did quickly.  Best Ride was not the cheapest but I knew from the reviews that we could trust them to provide quality service.  You only get one chance to do it right. We were not disappointed.  The very courteous driver arrived early and patiently waited for them to be sent off from the reception.  After being dropped off at the hotel, and when the driver was miles away, my son realized he left his phone in the car.  We were able to quickly contact the driver.  Without hesitation, he agreed to pull over, look for the phone, confirm he had it, and drive back into downtown to deliver it. Great service and great experience with Best Ride Limousine. From the moment I requested a quote, Mina was friendly and prompt to respond. It was this level of service that led me to select them for my event. Mina was great about communicating details and providing me with updates about my booking. They arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled pickup time and the bus was very clean and well stocked with accommodations including bottles of water, sodas, cups and ice. Additionally, the bus came with a sound system and Bluetooth so that we could play our own music. Our driver, Michael, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our hour long drive to and from the event was comfortable and we were able to relax and have a great time. We used their services for the preakness/bachelor party day out. Most of us were just excited for a ride, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded by a long and unimaginable shot. Mina is an amazing host and driver. He took the best care possible and is such a good guy (ex. he was helping other groups with taking pictures and just trying to accommodate them as well). Takes a special person to help out everyone he comes across. Our group of 13 all mentioned how great he was and how we could possibly have lucked into him. I recently arranged for a luxury sedan to pick up my in-laws in Pasadena, MD for a wedding in Alexandria, VA. The price was competitive, the booking was quite easy, the pickup was on time (actually early) to take them to the venue and the pickup after the wedding to take them home was prompt and in the pre-arranged location. The driver was very courteous, the car was clean and comfortable, and the entire experience was well worth the price. We rented the party bus for my daughter's tenth birthday, and she loved every minute of it. The bus was decorated in the birthday theme, and when she stepped on the bus, she couldn't stop smiling.
