Yikes! -- After 2 positive experiences, things unfortunately took a negative turn with Next Destination Transportation. The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =)

The family was there before his client and their vehicle had arrived before him, but he still swerved at both the car and the family including their children, threatening to hit them with his vehicle. Additionally he drove onto the curb while picking up his client. As he drove off, he had his phone in his hand and was looking down as he again got near the vehicle with the family in it and nearly side-swiped the other vehicle. Based on this driver's conduct I would never, EVER risk using this company's services or be associated with them in ANY manner given how reckless their driver was.

I felt safer using a dedicated car service since the better services offer to meet clients inside the airport at baggage claim. The service offered the driver to meet at the baggage claim which I selected during the booking. The driver never showed up inside (deduct one star) which created unnecessary stress for the both of us. Attempts to contact the dispatch resulted in a voice recording with a full mailbox (deduct another star). Other services typically send an email the day of transport with driver contact information. Discreet Limos did not (deduct another star). My frustrated wife went out to meet the Uber she hailed since she assumed the service was a no show, and the Discreet Limo driver was outside and through chance asked my wife if she was waiting for a car. In the end, she got the ride after cancelling the Uber thoroughly by chance. The driver claims to have texted my wife which she did not receive and he never followed up with a phone call / voice message which could have avoided the mix up. The driver also claims that he was never instructed to meet inside BWI by the baggage claim. I chose this service based on prior reviews but the service my wife got was a classic over promise under deliver.
