I learned that there are two ways to do it at the Frame Corner: 1) Choose your frame, choose your matte, place your order, pick up when ready and pay; or 2) Choose your frame, choose your matte, frame it yourself and pay. Cool, huh? I used to frame my own art myself to save a little money. The hubby and I would go, make our choices and hang out at the worktables, each framing our own work. Now? Not so much. I don't have much spare time, so I generally go with option #1. A little more expensive, but worth it. The staffers at Frame Corner are super sweet and are very good at their job. They love helping you find the perfect frame or matte (or both) for your photos and artwork. Turn around time is pretty quick, and the pricing is reasonable.

She finally said no, she couldn't figure out how to hang a frame. I told her to forget it and refund my money. Instead of providing me a refund, she felt it was more important to get the last word. We ended up yelling at each other. So she decided to be petty and say she couldn't refund my money, that I'd have to wait for them to mail me a check. I was fed up and walked out while she was steadily "getting in the last word" on my way out. Later, I received a call from the location stating that they were refunding my money to my card. Guess it was possible after all. Not only that, when I got home, the other item I ordered was incorrect. No way I'm going back. I'll just pay someone else to do it correctly.

Starting from scratch and anticipate needing to spend literally tens of thousands of dollars and got no help. After explaining that I was looking for guidance in beginning the process and coming up with options and ideas, I was told what they don't do and told I could look at what was in the showroom. No collaboration or assistance offered. Now I'm at Lowe's. What's the point of a specialized business with no expertise shown and no desire to earn your business?
