Not that I couldn't print most of them either at my office or my home office, I use Office Depot to obtain a professional result. I ordered on line a 8.5x5.5 BOOKLET, cardstock for the front and back cover, and just print on the inside, no graphics, and stapled. I got an almost immediate response that my document was ready. I left work and went to pick up the documents. What I received was 4 sheets of paper, 8.5x11. When I talked with the associate at the copy center trying to explain to her why what she gave me was not what I ordered, she was really no help. I had to explain to her why what she gave me was not what I ordered. There was no cardstock, no folding of the document to be stapled...NO BOOKLET. The only saving grace in this was that I only ordered one. She said they could fix it but the person with that skill wouldn't be in until the next day. I needed that to put in a sample package. I went home and created the document myself. This is the second negative review I've given Office Depot. I'm creating an account at Staples. I don't expect perfection, just give me what I ask and pay for.

They have mostly very young guys doing their repairs - and that's a good thing. They're inquisitive enough to put good effort into diagnosing your issues, and that likely saves you money. For reference: I brought my high-end gaming PC in during the December rush after spilling water on it. I knew the motherboard was toast but there was no telling what else was wrong with it. They call me back exactly when they said they would, and confirm yes, motherboard is toast. That's it. Do you know how much opportunity they had there to sell me nearly $2k in replacements for "other broken components?" I was prepared to declare a total loss, pay them the inspection fee, and maybe buy a computer from them. Instead they sold me a motherboard(fairly priced) and called it a day. They also built my first gaming PC for me many years ago. They told me it would be weak, and I should have listened to them. It was a great experience though, so I always try and go to them first if I ever need anything done.

I noticed 3 people behind the counter. John was busily taping boxes, while the other two were doing some kind of paper work. No one bothered acknowledging the line that was now 5 deep. The self service kiosk was not working. Finally after about 15 mins, John, one of the employees barked out, 'WHO IS NEXT. He never apologized for the wait. About 5 mins later, the lady then repeated the order and said, 'NEXT'. Again, she never apologized for the wait. I asked if they were short handed and why the wait. I never got a response. They should really take a lesson from UPS on how to treat customers. Stay away from this place if possible. They care very little about their customers.
