The day after our wedding (8/23/25), Ernie and Fiona sent an email stating delivery would occur within 8-12 weeks and that previews would be shared within one week. Aside from the short montage that we had already received, those timelines were not met. On October 30, 2025, we received a general email acknowledging significant delays and communication issues. While the message expressed awareness of the problem, we have still received no deliverables, no specific timeline, and no meaningful follow-up. As of today, it has been 17 weeks since our wedding. We have also attempted to schedule and attend a phone appointment with the vendors (most recently on 12/19/25 at 1:45 PM PST), which they did not attend or respond to. Repeated efforts to communicate directly have gone unanswered.
