We bought a mattress and a gel pillow from this store, and they have fixed our sleep problems. We love the new mattress. No aches in the morning! The store offers a restful atmosphere for testing out beds, a nice change from the hustle and bustle of many other stores. We were treated with respect, which really made our shopping experience enjoyable. The sales staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, and just pleasant, helping us choose the right mattress by answering all our questions and explaining options based on quality. They were courteous and gave us the space we needed to make our decision. We also looked at some beautiful wood furniture. Again, quality there looks impressive. We've been enjoying our new bed for a while now and are very pleased with our purchase. The prices here are significantly lower than at other stores. You can tell they focus on top quality for a fair, reasonable price. The prices are also consistent (as opposed to dramatically reduced to create the illusion of a sale). They even opened the warehouse so we could take our mattress home the same day, which went smoothly. The warehouse staff continued the excellent service and answered all our questions. We haven't needed much after-sales interaction, but the little bit of follow-up that was needed was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was professional and followed through on commitments. No matter where you live, they treat you as if it's just down the street. It's refreshing to find a store where I'm not disappointed. I totally felt like I was manipulated and misled by salesman Ed and then when I requested a return as a result, the OWNER was VERY rude and condescending. The worst customer service possible, the person I spoke on the phone with, named David, who I imagine is the owner, is arrogant, rude and doesn't know the first thing about good customer service. Do not buy from this place, save your hard earned money and buy from someone else. The owner acts like a child, calls names and tries to make you look like a fool if you say anything about his company he doesnt like. Almost like dealing with a ten year old child. Also his staff will try to take you for more money by lying to you. Get the word out people, there is a reason he is now down to 1 store out of 8. Shyster comes to mind, poor business practices and miss managed. His staff are very rude as well post sale if you need anything and they are not making anymore commission. The products are garbage and the warranty is such that they will lie and tell you that its within acceptable parameters. Shop elsewhere! Terrible customer service & we ended up with a sagging mattress after only 3 months & $2000.00 later! Lesson learned!

I spent over a $1,000 on a bed and futon comibination and there were over 65 screws to make this bed. Upon building the bed, 3 screws popped right out. I am sure more and more screws would do the exact same thing in due course. I wanted a full refund but the store would only supply me with 80% of my purchase since I had opened the cover to the futon portion of the bed even though it had never been used. I then asked to speak to the store manager. I could not. He was gone for 4 days. I then asked to speak to David Keam. I was not allowed to do so. I could only email him. I spent two days emailing him demanding a refund. I wanted them to credit my credit card. The store said the machine would not do that. Incredible. The VISA machine can take your money they just can't give it back to you! They want to cut a cheque instead but their controller was also on holidays. As I said, 10 emails back and forthm unable to speak to the guy who has the most annoying commercials, and still no visa credit. In the meantime, his sales person called me dishonest. How is that possible since all I wanted was my money back on a defective bed. Did I tell you, that his delivery guy told me that they had a warehouse of defective beds? Yes, a warehouse Mr. Keam! It ended after phone calls, visit to the store, 10 plus emails... I think I may have received a credit but it is still not posted. The slogan, "you'll fnd us" is a crock and should be completed with the line, NO YOU WON'T"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never enter their store again and this operation which talks all about service is a sham. DO NOT GO THERE. Buy from the major companies. read more

Our salesperson, James, was knowledgeable about the products and helped us define our needs. Our interactions with him were pleasant, but he also gave us the needed space to make our decisions. We have been enjoying our new beds for a week now and are very pleased with our purchase. The prices in this store are considerably lower than other stores, with a focus on quality for a fair price. The prices are consistent, rather than dramatically lowering the price to make it look like a super sale deal. We were treated with respect and our experience was an enjoyable one. Rip off ! Over priced and sub par quality

I purchased a replacement Eurotop mattress for my Adjustable bed,over the phone. The sales agent was very accommodating & pleasant to deal with. The delivery was as promised & the delivery personnel were great too. I love my new mattress, it feels like sleeping on a cloud- no more aches in the morning. We bought a 2000 dollar Restonic mattress last summer based on their claims of quality and how comfortable it was in the showroom. It was a very costly mistake. The mattress already has severe sagging and is very uncomfortable to sleep in. We contacted Best Sleep Center and they sent somebody to look at the mattress. Carol informed us that this sagging is 'normal' and they would not do anything. I explained that it must only be normal for their mattresses as we have bought two high end mattresses previously and it took almost ten years to sag anywhere close to this much. I'm pretty sure her job is to deflect and deny, not address real problems. Now we need to spend another couple thousand dollars to get a decent mattress. Note that we are not large people - I am 200 lbs and my wife is 120. Don't make the same mistake we did. Buy your next mattress from a reputable company. We were very happy with our last two mattresses - one from Sears and one from The Bay. read more
