It's not that easy but it's not that hard. You will feel really good after. I'm injured and they modify my techniques that are suitable for me. I had the pleasure of having Sidney, which was her last class. She was phenomenal and very patient and gets your form right! I love the darkness inside and the Eucalyptus cold towel they give you once you're done. That stair masters gets better and the strengthening. It is not easy but I still recommend Bunda to all!! I've tried so many things in the Woodland Hills / West Hills area -- gyms, personal trainers, group classes -- and honestly nothing ever clicked. Then I found Impact One and it's just been a totally different story. When I walked in back in December 2025 I was kind of a mess. Recovering from a shoulder injury, dealing with plantar fasciitis, just not in a great place physically. Four months later? Down close to 30 pounds, shoulder feels great, and the plantar fasciitis is like 70 to 90% better. And I didn't pick up a single new injury along the way. That part still blows my mind. I feel strong. Like actually strong. And my energy is through the roof -- I honestly can't remember the last time I felt this good. The biggest reason this works is the team. Ali, Micah, Thomas, and Jorge -- these guys aren't just trainers, they're legit experts. They really understand the body. Every single session they're watching how you move, checking in on how you're feeling, and adjusting things on the fly based on what your body can handle that day. When I came in with my shoulder and my foot issues, they didn't just say "ok we'll go easy." They actually knew how to program around my injuries so I could still make serious progress without making anything worse. That kind of knowledge is really hard to find. And beyond the expertise, they're just genuinely supportive people. They make you feel like they're in your corner. It's not rah-rah fake motivation -- they actually care about your results and they pay attention to the details. The programming itself is also next level. There's a real methodology behind everything, not just random workouts. But it's the combination of smart programming plus trainers who deeply know what they're doing that makes this place special. I've been around the block with fitness out here. These guys are the best I've found and it's not even close. If you're on the fence just go.

When I first met him, I was at my…read moreheaviest - weighing just shy of 160lbs - and hadn't worked out a day in my life (obviously). On my 5'3" frame, I felt truly ugly and depressed. But all of that changed the minute I decided to commit to a new, healthy lifestyle. I knew I was sick and tired of feeling lethargic and fat. And if it weren't for Chris, I can HONESTLY say I would have had no idea where to begin or how to have gone about it. With Chris, I learned how to eat, when to eat AND how often to eat. This is probably the most invaluable thing I have learned by being his client. We started out with 2 weekly sessions at an hour each and in a few months time, I began seeing him 3 times a week and have been doing so ever since. In Aug 2011, as I mentioned, I weighed about 160 and wore a size 14...and by April 2012 I was at my leanest - weighing in at 115lbs and wore a size 00...all lean muscle, NO JOKE. (You can see my before and after pics below, which correlate to these dates). Now with Chris and all that I have learned by training with him, I have maintained a sustainable body weight/lean muscle mass of 120lbs and wear a size 2 or 4. Beyond being the most amazing trainer that anyone could ever dream of working with, Christopher is quite literally the most kindest man ever and an incredibly fair person. If you treat him with respect, regarding scheduling and cancellations, he will treat you the same. He also cares deeply about his clients.You'll never see him playing with his phone while you work on a set. He's focused on YOU and your form. He's not about collecting the "trainer fee"; he genuinely wants to see you at your best, looking your best. I don't know where I'd be without him. I am telling you right now, I am sure that there are plenty of great trainers out there, but there is no one, and I tell you NO ONE, who knows diet and body structure the way Chris does. Being a physical therapist I've always struggled with the structure of the classes, how stations were timed and back to back without rest focusing on the same muscle group, which doesn't allow for optimal muscle performance and loss of proper form, but my competitive nature hated to not commit to the challenge. Here, the workouts are balanced and paced, so you can rest when you need to and not rush, so your form is maintained and less risk of injury. Also the vibe is awesome, very fun, relaxed, self paced and supportive. My first class was with Frankie and he was great, not overly hovering when I was okay, but there as soon as I had a question. It's definitely challenging and makes me feel very out of shape at times but I'm willing to try it again. It's pretty hype and the owner is young & chill. Their social media content is good too. It appears to be a community but I need more time to feel part of it.
