The previous owners had put screws directly into the grout, leaving some difficult areas to repair. Contacted for at least 5 times... Waited for the service 3…read moremonths. Finally they made an appointment on March 30 (2-5 pm). I specifically came home to be there at time of the appointment. At 4 pm I called the company to confirm technician visit. They told me, that nobody will come, because technician is sick. They lied me that somebody called me to warned me... When I said that I am very dissatisfied of their operation, nobody even apologized to me. I would not recommend this company. They must improve their service!

When they arrived, their first words were, "we're going to install a filter for $380?" I explained to them I've never had problems with the water to necessitate a filter. Two more times within a minute or two, they pushed the filter. When I told them no again, they stated any work they would perform would not be warrantied if they didn't install the filter. When I asked them about just repairing some sections of damaged drop lines, same response.. had to have the filter or nothing would be covered.. Would be nice to simply get some honest work done without a company trying to scam you the entire time.
