WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH = illegal!!!…read more I used to come here all the time when I lived in Miami. The dental hygienist Ivelisse was amazing and the reason why I kept coming. However over time there were many problems. They broke off my upper permanent retainer and even they are orthodontist nobody was able to place it back, they ended up giving me Invisalign that was $500 for 4 refills. However I asked about a new refill it's now $1200. If they did not break my retainer I would not have to deal with this. I should not even be paying in the first place. Being back in Florida I wanted to come see the hygienist again. It had been 4 years so I called and specifically asked for what it would cost me before making an appointment. I got a call back and was told it would be $100 so I went ahead with the appointment. The day off they were great with timing. They first did an exam and told me about a cavity. I personally could not see it so I was already questioning that. Before the cleaning they brought me first to check out. I NOW FIND OUT IT IS NOT $100. It is $100 for their program and after that $95 for the cleaning. This is illegal and called bait and switch. I left and did not longer so the cleaning. After that I did not get one but TWO second opinions that both told me I have no cavities!!! So not only did they lure me in, but we're going to perform something of just under $2000 that was unnecessary. This place is bad news. I should have known with when they destroyed my permanent upper retainer and I'm now left with nothing.

The waiting room and all rooms within for patients are pristine, and sparkling clean. Everything looks new. The dental hygienist was extremely careful and precise, as well as very welcoming and sweet. When I met with my Doctor, he was just wonderful. I felt like I was immediately in good hands. He was extremely thorough, direct and honest with me and he didn't sugar coat his diagnosis. He also did not judge me, as I have been unfortunate enough to experience with prior doctors, and explained alternative reasoning to why I actually may be facing some serious dental issues. This was not only informative, but greatly appreciated. It gave me some real knowledge to work with and curb my own habits (the only real change I can make evident) and it really alleviated some of the resting guilt I had on my shoulders for issues that I had until then thought were entirely my responsibility and wrongdoing. His compassion and professionalism gave me instant confidence to return as a patient and solve the issues that I was dealing with concerning dentistry. When I was leaving, and going through payment options, I also had to place a call directly to my insurance company. Due to my laryngitis at the time, I was unable to speak, however the wonderful receptionist Lisa was so kind as to handle a lengthy insurance call on my behalf, with 0 complaints or qualms. I left feeling excited and happy, like I was most certainly in good hands. Lisa sent me off with a promise that she would e-mail me my payment options the following week, and while there was a slight delay time-wise, she kept her promise and I was formally on my way to a more healthy dental life. Instead of them trying to pad the bill, they offered me a dental plan that was less than $200 and covered so much that it is a great value. This place is a hidden gem.
