WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH = illegal!!! I used to come here all the time when I lived in Miami. The dental hygienist Ivelisse was amazing and the reason why I kept coming. However over time there were many problems. They broke off my upper permanent retainer and even they are orthodontist nobody was able to place it back, they ended up giving me Invisalign that was $500 for 4 refills. However I asked about a new refill it's now $1200. If they did not break my retainer I would not have to deal with this. I should not even be paying in the first place. Being back in Florida I wanted to come see the hygienist again. It had been 4 years so I called and specifically asked for what it would cost me before making an appointment. I got a call back and was told it would be $100 so I went ahead with the appointment. The day off they were great with timing. They first did an exam and told me about a cavity. I personally could not see it so I was already questioning that. Before the cleaning they brought me first to check out. I NOW FIND OUT IT IS NOT $100. It is $100 for their program and after that $95 for the cleaning. This is illegal and called bait and switch. I left and did not longer so the cleaning. After that I did not get one but TWO second opinions that both told me I have no cavities!!! So not only did they lure me in, but we're going to perform something of just under $2000 that was unnecessary. This place is bad news. I should have known with when they destroyed my permanent upper retainer and I'm now left with nothing. read more

I have had nothing but a terrible experience here. I have given this practice 3 tries (in just 2 months). During all 3 visits, I waited over 50 minutes to be seen. To the point where on my 3rd visit, after waiting 45 minutes, I went to the front desk to ask how much longer, they had no answer other than "the Dr. runs 4 offices, he's taking longer than usual. We're sorry." I ended up walking out and not returning. The office didn't even take the time to reach back out to see how they could fix things. I will not return to this practice. read more

My seven-year-old son had appointment today. From the moment we walk in the door, the staff was very friendly and professional. This was our first visit to Premiere. A hygienist by the name of Sonia came out to get my son for his examination and cleaning. She really made him feel comfortable and ensured him that this would be his best dental checkup. I recently moved from Puerto Rico (where I had begun Invisalign) to Miami for my GME training. I needed two attachments on my teeth for my next refinement, but I had gotten to Miami and wasn't in a position to fly back to PR to have them placed. I sent emails and made calls to probably a dozen different dentists/orthodontists and it was so hard to find anyone that was willing to help me out. Paola Delgado, the office coordinator, reached out via email to let me know that they would be happy to help. They were able to squeeze me in and Ondina placed the two attachments I needed for my refinement. I was so thankful for them because it was so stressful finding a place to get this done - and they made it so easy! They treated me amazing and they didn't even know me - I can only imagine how well they treat their regular customers. I came here for a dental check up, x-ray and cleaning special and it was a complete nightmare. I got up from the chair and left. Read the rest of my review to find out about how they told me I had cancer by mistake! First of all, from a scheduling standpoint.... they really struggle with this. They can't schedule all of the services on the same day, so you will have to come in one day for an x-ray and check up and then make another appointment. I did schedule about three weeks in advance and there was a "magical and very rare" window of opportunity where they said they could do all of the services on the same day. Don't they realize people work? I came in for my 10 am appointment 10 minutes early and there were patients lined up outside because the office wasn't open yet. Once I got in I had to fill out the standard stack of forms. Please note that they require your social security number. I didn't feel too good about giving it out. I was seen promptly after filling out my paperwork by a dentist. I do have to say that he was funny courteous and kind of reminded me of Rodney Dangerfield. The dentist told me what I already knew. I have crappy gums and I should use a water pic, but my teeth looked great. Here is where the fun began. The dental hygienist walks in and introduces herself and looks at my chart. She then begins to tell me I have cancer in broken English. WTF? She then walks down the hall and I could clearly hear her say my name and discuss my medical info for all to hear, at least her broken English was hard to understand. Hello HIPAA! Could the broken English count as encryption of my health information? Then she walks in and tells me she misread my chart and that the dentist screened me for oral cancer but everything was fine. At this point I was ready to walk out but it gets better. They then try to up sell me on a deep cleaning. For the sake of being fair, I will disclose that I have bad gums and have to periodically get a deep cleaning, but when I told them I wanted to forgo the deep cleaning this time, I was told I would have to make another appointment and come back to get the cleaning. I made a point to clarify that I needed both services on the same day when I made the appointment. I obviously only stayed because I had prepaid for the special, but there was no way I would ever step foot in this office. In fact I have already reached out to the Florida board of dentistry. Here are the highlights from my visit: - Inability to Master basic scheduling - Inability to Master the English language - Disregard for patient privacy - Gross negligence in discussing patient diagnosis - Sleazy sales tactics I highly recommend getting your worst enemies a gift certificate to this dental clinic! read more

Worst Experience Ever​! 2nd Visit: 5/12 Checkup and Venus Whitening Day: Waited nearly 1hr for the hygienist to inspect my teeth again. My smile looked great yet received another estimate: $190 w/ anesthesia to deeper clean 2 molars. From there they said "Good Bye." I ask the lady at the desk "When am I getting my Venus Whitening Today?" She indicated that I wasn't scheduled for that, which is their oversight. The person who does whitening comes Wednesday's only. Why on earth did they always book me on Tuesday's? Shows they NEVER intended to do the paid whitening. Paola came to the waiting area where I was along with the office manager Irida after having already conversed. I repeated that I just wanted my whitening done. As I mentioned writing a negative review... Irida said she was NOT going to give me the whitening I paid for. Then, they went inside. Probably thought it over because she later came out trying to patch things up like nothing happened. It got me the service I came in for, yet transformed into a negative experience! I'll start by saying my mom was a hygienist for 25 years and when she finally retired 2 years ago I was hesitant to find another dentist. I finally happened upon a review about Dr Hui and ultimately broke down and made an appointment when a tooth became sensitive. Dr Hui and staff are phenomenal. They provided a comprehensive review, discussed treatment options, and gave me the level of comfort to move forward. I will say, it's a busy office so expect to wait a little--bring a book! But worth the wait. I've been back 3x now to correct various issues I'd neglected, but their hygienist, Alex, is as thorough and gentle as my mom! I can't give a better review than that.
