One of the machines wasn't working properly, it kept shutting off while drying, and the guy manning the store came over to trouble shoot with no luck so he gave us a different machine to use at no cost. terrible customer service . took my money but did not start . I asked and told the old lady several times that it took my money but it did not start. she told me the bank took it but they didn't blah nonsense . all I wanted was for them to at least start it since the money was taken out of my account. they did not want to do that. lady told me "sometimes you gotta press it twice" press it twice ? when the instructions say press the button once for it to start. 0/10 experience for my first time ever going to a laundromat . read more

The service in this laundry continues to deteriorate and may be the last time we are here. We will wait until the new laundry opens in Crystal. Too many machines are out of order. Too many machines take credit cards only. Even the two change machines are not working. I just suggested to another customer he walk the block to the TCF to get change to do laundry. One of the change machines has been out of order for at least three weeks the last time we were here. There is water all over the floor near one of the washers; this has been a constant problem for years. There is no soap in the Ladies room and no paper towel in the Men's room. This used to be the laundry we preferred because of the $1 discount on most machines on Monday and Wednesday. From now on we will drive the extra few miles for a more reliable laundry. read more

Then she found my credit card that slipped out of my pocket. Being from California, losing my credit card would have ruin my trip. She is one good person that I want to do business with. read more

Great location. Prices are a little bit on the higher end, but the quality of the washing and drying are amazing. They have washers as big as six loads ($9.50) then it goes down to five ($5.00), four ($5.00), and one load ($3.00). They have to extra large dryers ($3.25), medium dryers ($2.00) and small dryers ($1.50). They have two clean restrooms, an ATM, usually an attendant in the normal business hours. I was here on a Tuesday and it's not as busy, probably about 3-5 others doing their laundry as well. I have my own washer and dryer but came here to wash about a dozen pillows and a few comforters. I live in BP but travelled a little further due to good reviews on Yelp and overall, it's a clean facility, has clean machines (ALL in working condition). Also, all machines accept credit/debit cards and coins. I'd come here again. read more

It's a newer wash and dryer. I'm just here to do blankets and comforters otherwise i won't come here. It's $10.00 to wash my blankets so $30 in total and another $2 for the dryer. The dryers dry very gid so i can't complain. As in any other laundromat you get the idiots who'll just cone steal your carry without asking if you're using it. Three time here in four months, Laundry Attendant is extremely rude. She said signs have been posted for a month for no outside food allowed. Mu children ans I have seen no signs and none are currently in the laundry mate. Her attitude was very poor and her delivery was not customer service worthy. I will not spend another dollar again. It's in a nice location and have plenty of parking. The size of the facility is cozy, not too small but could be a bit bigger. I don't like the price of the dryers (I think $2.25 minimum) and there are only 2 or 3 sizes of washers to choose from. If you are looking to wash heavy loads of laundry, I do not recommend this location. read more

I wish they had some level of security, last time I was there a guy asked me for change, and then stood hovering over my shoulder while I was trying to use the machines to see if I had quarters. He then started offering use of his prepaid card to customers for a charge. I felt very uncomfortable. Otherwise it's a nice neighborhood place. Prices are fine. read more

I don't usually need a laundromat, but if I do need one again, I'll come back here. I visited on a Tuesday evening, and while it was busy, I had no problem finding available machines. The prices seemed reasonable, too, for such a well-kept place. On my trip in May, 2015, the triple load washers ran $5.50 per use on cold water with extra rinse and took 37 minutes. The single load washers ran $3.25 for the same. The dryers ran me $1.50 for 36 minutes and had options from cool to hot. There were plenty of carts to go around, and these were in good working order, too. There was a snack machine, but McDonald's is a short stroll across the parking lot so I didn't bother with it. Everything about my trip was easy, from entering the automatic sliding front door to understanding the washing instructions. Definitely recommended. read more

The dry prices are a little more spendy but they have huge dryers that hold the capacity of up to 4 of my loads. This used to be a decent place to do laundry. Not too busy in the evenings during the week. Clean facilities. Decent prices. I won't ever be coming here again after tonight. Since 6 days ago they have raised the prices on all machines by $1.25 and they have changed the washing machines water usage so clothes don't get clean like they should. read more

I think this place is fine for what you get. Always clean. Someone mentioned in reviews about the size of washers and dryers....I personally go here just to wash large comforters and bedspreads. I have a king size bed and the large washer is just fine. Yes..their drying is a bit pricey...however, I can say they dry well for that price compared to others where the cost is lower but you have to dry several times. read more

This laundromat is awesome!!! Newly opened and all electrolux equipment is brand new!! Friendly staff, always ready to greet you when you arrive to a "have a nice day when you leave". They have large capacity washers and dryers. I washed my king down comforter in one ot the two large washers thery have, it turned out great!!! So happy!! They have WiFi, coin changers,ATM,TV , vending machines , and get this...a play area for children!! What also is cool is that they have text messaging, yes, when washer is started you are prompted text and number. Washer will text you 10 minutes prior to wash complete and another when wash is complete. So C@@L!! read more

The facility is clean, well lit, well maintained. They have wifi, TVs, and seating areas. BUT they seem pretty pricey. $5 for a wash and $1.75 for a dry. They have big and small machines. You can use a card but they will put a $15 hold on it. There machines do work great and they use special water to get a superior clean but you pay for it. I won't be coming back because $5 for a wash is too much for me, but if I could afford it I would definitely use this facility. read more

This is the best laundromat I've ever been to. With the large washers and dryers I'm saving a lot of money. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Their loyalty program is excellent as well. I also love that all the machines take debit/credit cards, no more hauling around quarters! read more
