    The view

There was a very helpful man named Jon that walked me though the different sized loads that would work for my laundering needs. He was very active in the process and stayed readily available. This is a coin operated laundry mat. I felt safe and had plenty of machines to utilize. The atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely my new laundry mat.

Previously I had given a 5 star review. Because the place was immaculate kn every way possible. I felt trust in them becauae they cared enough to maintain the business. Looking back I wonder how much of that was due to it being brand new. Two months later I can say the last 5 visits I've noticed a steady decline in care and attention to the machines and ESPECIALLY the bathrooms! Today it smells awfull in here. The bathroom is so disgusting I chose to use the gas stations instead. Its currently about 87° outside with almost 50% humidity its hot and clearly these owners agree with that because they are sitting in the office with the door shut and the air on. The customer area is not privileged to enjoy comfortable air quality. I have to sit in my car while waiting due to the heat and rancid smell. I went to wash my hands in the batjroom but there was only a drip of soap left in the bottle and it had clearly been very watered down. The folding table I used was clean. They have plenty of wash carts. Change machine works and tv is on. Machines are beginning to have the soap mixed with hair build up you notice in laundry mats that are old or uncared for. I hate to say it but this will be my last visit due to the obvious lack of customer appreciation. When the air is not on and the bathroom is as disgusting as it is the message is clear. Whoever owns this laundry mat wants to get the most money possible without putting much in. Understandable as we all want that. However you must not forget if your in the business of customer service and you put the customer last you will bankrupt yourself.

The cost to wash in the large size machine that's one step down from the giant machine is about 10.50$ to wash with hot and add aditional rinse and all the other options. The time it took to wash was about 33 minutes. The laundromat is clean having an on staff person who seems to be cleaning the floors and areas constantly. There is a hand wash stations that people use to wash and soak your clothing and they have clean folding tables. There is also a snack room that has a good selection of vending machines as well as a crypto atm and a regular atm. There are those little machins you use to see back in the days that you put coins in and it give you a capsle with some silly junk toy and a claw machine While you wait you can also get your lotto products from an on-site lotto machine as well as there is a table with 6 chairs that have usb ports and power ports so you can work or charge while you wait. The location has laundry supplies if you forget yours as well as a change machine. There is also a whole pet washing station that's in a section attached to the laundromat. I peeked in and the setup looked very nice and was very clean it seemed to have everything to wash your pet but again I'm not sure how good it is since I just noticed it today. The location has ample parking and a good quantity of the rolling baskets. There are also a large amount of dryers of various size. The place accepts credit cards on all the machines as well as you can dow load the tumble fresh app online and load your cash on there and use tap payment or also monitor your washer or dryer and have it send you notifications when your load is done or even just monitor it. This place is very state of the art compared to the laundromats I have been to in the past.

In a very safe area close to S. Robert St. Food with in walking distance (pizza joint next door). Inside area is kept very clean and the staff I've talked with are incredibly nice and helpful. Change machine available ($20's, $10's, $5's and $1's), vending machines with cold drinks and snacks, and bathrooms. Tanning (I have not tanned here), TV, and a couple arcade games. Washers look newer; double, triple, and MEGA load - all front load. Dryers are massive (I usually load 3 loads from a double load washer in one dryer)! $.25/5 min, but on high heat, I only needed about 20-30 minutes for a massive load of clothes. Never overcrowded. We've always been able to get right in and power thru laundry day. Great mix of customers everyone super respectful of others. I love this place.

If others do not work, they don't have a note. If customers use them and learn they do not work, shortly after they put their money, the attendant is NOT going to return their money back. When I put the clothes into the dryer machine, and inserted the money, I learned that the dryer machine was not working. I went to the front desk to tell the attendant that the dryer machine took my money and did not deliver the service. She saw me like an illiterate person who did not how to speak English. She spoke to me in broken Spanish unknown words. I told her to return my money back. She told me to go to hell and went to the desk to make a phone call against me. On the other hand, I saw several young men with little kids attempted to buy toys from the toy machine, but the machine took their money and did not deliver the toys. The metal hand grabbed the toy and dropped it back. But the attendant lady encouraged the poor customers to continue putting more money knowing the machine was just taking their money. The attendant was very racist, and hostile against me. It is not clear if she received instructions from the owner of not returning the money back to customers in case if the machines were taking the money and not deliver services.

Unless I want to do several continuous loads, that means using huge laundromat washers Suds has two massive washers. One was apparently out of order. The coin receptor on the other jams so badly, it may as well have been labeled out of order as well. Even the attendant gives up on it and refunds my money with an apology and a suggestion to use the next largest washer drum. The machine was already fully loaded with items and detergent, if course, so this made for an amusing - and very messy - swap. Tons of powder soap end up on the floor in front of both original and smaller machine. The attendant had stated he'd return the amount he and I had gotten through jamming into the first machine as well as give me a single-size soap packet to make up for what I put into the mess. In returning with the cash and seeing my large containers of detergent, he notes this and says he guesses I don't need the soap after all. Heads up: Customer service isn't about whether the guest has enough to cover your mistakes as a business - it's about taking responsible for bumps in your operation and their consequences. I jokingly muse that I could drop a note in the suggestion box, and the attendant dryly responds - Steve would never fix it. Or upgrade to coinless operations to make life much easier for his guests. Well, that's comforting. It's okay, there are plenty of laundromats that not only would, they have long provided that service. Oh, and while waiting on my washer, I spotted another guest having to unload a dryer to move his items to the next one over - because the coin receptor on it was jamming as well. Nice. Irony that in leaving this spot, I drop in on a lovely, clean laundromat down the way that I'll definitely be visiting next time I have blankets to wash. So thanks for that!
