She listed a specific nearby establishment and it seems there was a misunderstanding. 30 mins later come to find out the establishment was in a DIFFERENT CITY! She then shares her location with me but it immediately expires. After that she finally gives me the address but no building number. I call, no answer. She calls back and says she's coming out to meet me but the address she gave me put me on the whole other side of the complex. When we speak on the phone she asks me if I can just reschedule.... Are you kidding me?! What a waste of time and gas! We finally found each other after 10 mins of looking, only for her to tell me there's no one available to give me a massage!!!!!! What?!?! She brings me up to the establishment which is tucked into a corner, upstairs. Yeah, "easy to find". She did offer me 1/2 off should I choose to book a future massage which is the only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1. I won't be coming back, I've dealt with poor management before and it can destroy a business. I'm sure the therapists are great but I'm not willing to drive out here again and have someone "last minute cancel or reschedule". This seems like the kind of place to do something like that. Advice: Update your google maps app location, it's misleading, unprofessional, and confusing to customers who are legitimately looking for healthcare. Additionally, don't blame your customers for using the app they prefer. Update your location or take it off the site, you manage a business, it's as simple as that.
