My wife loves high-end massage spots, but I'm fine with basic amenities as long as the massage is good. However, THIS establishment is a waste of time and money. From the start, things went downhill. The girl on the phone was extremely rude, which made my wife back out (wise woman). I decided to push through and still set up my appointment. When I arrived, it was the same rude girl at the front desk. After a curt check-in, she left me alone in a room for 15 minutes. To my shock, just take a wild guess who the "masseuse" was for the evening? You guessed it - Front Desk Girl! Within minutes, it was clear she had zero professional experience. Her technique was nonexistent--just a one-handed rub with no applied pressure or deep tissue technique, despite my request for it. I had to ask her to focus on my neck and shoulders, and even then, it felt like an amateur and annoyed effort. The session was so bad I almost ended it early but didn't want to hurt her feelings. Now like I said earlier, I'm extremely understanding and have low expectations when visiting these storefront spots. So I normally would just chalk this up to one of those "you get what you pay for" moments, & left it at that. Not even a Yelp review! But it was this crazy TIPPING situation that was the last straw. Despite the terrible massage, I agreed to leave a $15 tip, but when she saw this, she politely asked if I could give her $20. Again, in an effort to be a nice guy, I reluctantly agreed to leave $20. At this point I just wanted to leave. But when she handed me the receipt, she had added an additional $2 transaction fee without informing me. When I pointed it out, she insisted on the fee, stating "Next time, pay cash." This was the final nail in the coffin for me. It was in THAT moment that I decided to write this review. At this moment, I laughed out loud and said, "No ma'am. $20 is all I'm paying." At which point, she gave me a cold hard stare for about five seconds before rolling her eyes and processing my transaction. In summary, DO NOT waste your money or time here. I went there and asked for a 60 min massage. First thing they asked was to pay cash but once they realized I was paying card they had a $5 fee, not uncommon to have a fee but that was the first flag. As soon as I got on the massage table the person had obviously no actual training, no pressure or knowledge of body anatomy. After 20 minutes her phone started going off and was talking the whole time. At one point she pressed too hard and I said "ouch" to which she told me to not make a sound ( she was still on the phone) . After she was done 10 minutes short her and the front person asked for a $20 tip which I refused due to being such a bad service. Overall a bad experience, find somewhere else. read more

I come here often every time i come i literally feel like im having an out of body experience. BEST MASSAGE EVER, I've had massages in the city of Chicago that don't compare to these girls they are amazing and really know how to get knots out. im a hair dresser and suffer with being tense all the time, these girls will get on the table and make sure every knot you have comes out. I highly recommend Lou Lou or summer they both do amazing i feel like a feather when i leave even after moving to the other side of town i still drive 45 minutes to come here because no where else compares Thankyou ladies for being amazing!! read more

Was my first time there but NOT my last. Roberta greeted me with a warm smile. After I explained this was my first time at the spa, she carefully explained the services offered and relative cost. I selected the hour full body massage. During the massage she made sure the pressure was correct for the areas she was targeting. Asked for 90 minutes. After spending 30 minutes on my back, flipped over for 10 minutes face mmassage, then she said, " All done" I said it hadn't been an hour yet. Much less 90 minutes.
