In September 2012, being a customer for less than 30 days, my storage unit and several other units were burglarized by someone cutting around the locks and removing the locking slide bar. I was robbed of a 500 lb. fire safe containing irreplaceable personal items. The Sheriff accepted the onsite management team's statement that the cameras were inoperative and the entrance gate security system did not record anyone who entered or exited the site. The Sheriff said there was a high probability the crime was committed by someone with access... It is recommended not to store your prized possessions here. If you plan to store anything, photograph everything, get current replacement values then obtain reliable insurance. read more

Fantastic. Durable construction - with insulated ceilings to prevent condensation. Modern cameras to catch thieves all over the place. They even have the sheriff patrol drive thru every so often. Modern kiosk - rent a unit anytime... pay online, in person, whatever, checks, cash, credit and debit. Or, deal with a person. Clean units. Well maintained. Well built. Helpful management. Accurate billing. This place is "best" storage. And the prices are great, too. read more

Great to work with. Very responsive, polite and professional. Very safe facility with easy access. I was out once after hours and my code wouldn't open the gate. After a brief moment of panic, we contacted Mary and she opened the gate in less than five minutes. Good storage facility. read more

Don't waste your money or time with these people they locked my unit and refused my access code without reason bill was paid and I was required to fill out a whole new application and lease althought I was already on the unit before any of this read more

Access gate has been broken for at least 3 weeks. Owner doesn't make access possible until hours after they advertise you can get in. Initially had to call to get the combination to the lock. Place is not kept up, broken latches on units. Horrible customer service. Avoid this place. read more

The service provided is absolutely great. I keep a vehicle there because the area is well lit up and has security camera coverage. Mary will also arrange to have the vehicle serviced or repaired while it is there so it's ready to go when I pick it up. read more

It's been over a month since I moved out my storage unit and I still have not received my security deposit. I live in the same town as these people, so it has nothing to do with the mail. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Should've known this place might be a problem because when I first moved in to the unit someone else's garbage was still inside. They rarely ever answer the phone and there is never anyone at the office. Only thing worse than a crook is a dirty one!! read more
