After receiving my son, we had called to see if they would be able to give us the room early so my son could rest, the front desk was super helpful and understanding. The next day was graduation, we had asked for a late check out, once again, very accommodating! These kids are exhausted after 10 weeks of training, thus a comfortable bed is exactly what they needed. The hotel is extremely clean as well. The likelihood of me ever coming back, however anyone that is coming to graduation, I would recommend.

Remington was fantastic at getting those rooms reserved. It took a while but he got those rooms reserved without hesitation. The housekeeper on the 3rd floor is an absolute sweetheart. She remembered us from our first visit. She was right on top of our every need. The desk clerk who worked on the night of Sept 17, wish I had gotten her name, was super sweet. We brought our 4 grandkids, ages 5 to 11 down to the breakfast area to eat pizza. When we finished, I asked her for something to wipe the table with. Her response was, "OH dont worry about that. I'll do it." Our only complaints were the elevator had issues when we arrived, the pool wasnt looking all that great, and the TV didn't work part of the time we were there. Oh and I forgot to mention, the breakfast attendant was very helpful and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. Cost-wise and easy access to Ft. Leonard Wood, restaurants, and shopping were a big plus as well.​​

They all have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. This location did not have one. I don't mind paying a higher price since I enjoyed the convenience of coffee in the room. The refrigerator also did not have a freezer component for ice packs. Very disappointed that this HIE doesn't include that with the elevated price for a stay. Buyer beware.

Then she came out and said it was on the other side and apologized, but also said the stairs go through to the other side. My newly licensed son was excited to move the vehicle around to the other side while we tackled the steep steps. The motel looked really clean as did our room. Everything worked..the tv, the air conditioner, hair dryer, microwave ice box and even toilet. Shower was great..I noticed an outdoor pool that was empty, which was okay with the cold and rain.
