After receiving my son, we had called to see if they would be able to give us the room early so my son could rest, the front desk was super helpful and understanding. The next day was graduation, we had asked for a late check out, once again, very accommodating! These kids are exhausted after 10 weeks of training, thus a comfortable bed is exactly what they needed. The hotel is extremely clean as well. The likelihood of me ever coming back, however anyone that is coming to graduation, I would recommend.

Also, we had requested a QUIET room, so we were placed on the opposite side of the highway. However, there is a Bar & Grill on that side, which was probably noisier than the highway...until 2:00 in the morning. To be fair, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, is also a Holiday Inn. The one located in Spencer, Iowa. Maybe this one could take a lesson. I would not recommend this one to anyone!

The only room she had was upstairs..oh how I've loved elevators but no biggie, we can do this. She said our room was right above the office so we went outside and started getting our suitcases and heading for the stairs. Then she came out and said it was on the other side and apologized, but also said the stairs go through to the other side. My newly licensed son was excited to move the vehicle around to the other side while we tackled the steep steps. The motel looked really clean as did our room. Everything worked..the tv, the air conditioner, hair dryer, microwave ice box and even toilet. Shower was great..I noticed an outdoor pool that was empty, which was okay with the cold and rain. The beds could've been softer but after staying on the king sized cinder blocks at the Townhouse in Oklahoma City I wasn't going to complain, bring on the bed! The only thing that would've made our stay better is if they had another room for my mom and brother. He sounds like some type of wild animal sleeping with his loud snoring and mom's a very early riser and had already gotten some sleep in the vehicle while we were driving. But it is built that way and you deal but I do with the exhaust fan in the bathroom was quieter.
