Absolutely one of best places we've had, and for sure the best nights sleep, but the best part is the breakfast ! we arrived and was greeted by Lore' super friendly You know what it is just a huge family there , from the time you check in , our room was clean thank you Brenda . The Bed was so comfortable and the owners make the best omelett 's , breakfast was amazing from built your own breakfast burritos to biscuits gravy eggs sausage waffles the list goes on , you will definitely get full !!!! The decor is wonderful also !!!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze after a long day and the front desk lady was extremely accommodating and friendly. We had to hit the road for a long drive and the breakfast was amazing. The front desk lady gave us a short tour of all the food options and was very attentive. We also had the option of fresh omelettes that they make outside in the cutest area. They were delicious. Room was great. Very nice, friendly and fit our needs great. Thank you :-)

This is a decent size Beat Western just off the highway in Lusk, WY. I got to this place at 2 am. The night clerk was awesome with helping me and my family get off the road from a long day of travel and into a great room. The room was huge and it great condition. During the Sturgis Rally, pieces will go up. They have a continental breakfast with a great selection. Jordan was there to direct hotel guests and give them a run down of the food selections. He was amazing, very helpful and kind. The owners were also there, they were making omelets for the guests as well. They have a small fitness center, pool and have bikes available to use. Great atmosphere. Great time. I'll definitely stay again.

What great hospitality! Working in Casper for a few days and realized there was a rodeo in town, no this was the closest hotel. What luck. Omlets made outside, to order in an amazing patio area, burritos inside along with cups that'll make you feel like a miner. Overly helpful and happy staff. Really lucked out staying here.

The owners and their employees of this Best Western not only meet your needs, but anticipate them! I cannot ever remember being so happy in a hotel. Seriously happy, we stayed here on our way to Sturgis and 2 nights on our way back! Good people, comfy bed, great conversations. Everyone that works here is delightful, EVERYONE. When we pulled up my husband went to check in, an employee greeted me and showed me where they have motorcycle washing facilities around the corner, explained breakfast, gathering in the afternoons in the courtyard with their really cool rock furniture... Each person takes pride in their participation and is genuinely happy you have arrived. One morning we were greeted with an early rain. When we went out to breakfast, the manager had put towels on our bikes for us!! No one does this... then on to breakfast... the owners are out front preparing made to order omelets in a covered wagon (coffee, juices, etc) while the regular breakfast is going inside. You can do one or both. But seriously do both! The couple out front can only be surpassed by the super happy gal in the dining room. She greets you happily with an authentic smile and is happy to help with anything. Do yourself a favor and just visit here. You really won't regret it! And to the people of Best Western Pioneer, thank you for all that you do. You and your joy and genuine goodness really shine through!!

Wow! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. They had prepared our room with a washcloth design and flower on the bed as a welcome. The breakfast is unlike any other breakfast you would get at a hotel. They offered sausage, eggs, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, and a lot more. The giy working in the dining room was genuinely kind and enthusiastic. He welcomed people in, gave us all breakfast tours, and paid attention to detail. To top it off, they made ready-to-order omeletes outside at the covered wagons! The general manager and owners were cooking and were very kind. We were impressed--never been to a hotel with nicer staff or more effort.

Second time here. Great place, clean and accommodating. Chuck wagon breakfast! Get down here! Tom is a great cook and owner.

Excellent place to stay! They had a very nicely done room (the picture is from the morning after so pardon any things I left laying around), clearly the staff here cares (thank you blanca and everyone else who put this together). The staff is very friendly, they have a full service breakfast with made to order omlettes that are done very nicely. Room comes with a good size mini fridge, a flat screen TV and the breakfast all for 125 for a double queen room

    They offer full breakfast!

The shower was large and much nicer than the shower in the Hilton and Fairfield Inn we had stayed at on this vacation. We have tended to avoid small Mom and Pop hotels but this was a winner. Townhouse motel was a really nice place to stay. I was there for a couple weeks and would've…read moreprobably stayed longer if I could've gotten my dogs out into the dog run. There's a little fenced area that has some nice grass and a little dog hut for shade. The only problem was that the proprietors dog was out there from morning till night. She's a cute little dog, very friendly, however my dogs are puppies on their way to becoming large dogs, therefore, they are large puppies. They play really hard together and I was worried about the other dog getting caught underneath or in between the two of my girls when they were playing. I just thought that the proprietor would have taken her dog in for a little bit, at least an hour or so, so my dogs could've gotten out and played as well and seeing as I was a paying customer who was on track to stay 3 months. The proprietor was very nice, very polite and I never did ask her if she could bring her dog inside so that mine could play for a little bit. Maybe I should have but I didn't want to sound like a snobby person, as if my dogs were special or something, (they are to me but then they are my girls) I just thought that she would have done it without me needing to ask because she saw me every day walk the girls over to the fenced area and then turn around and go back the other direction because they couldn't get in there. I don't know... I guess the fact that I would've done it for somebody else does not mean that somebody else would do it for me. Maybe I was hoping for too much in that I wanted my babies to be out in the sun as well, like hers was every day, all day, no attention... Sometimes even out there all night long, I kind of felt sorry for the little girl actually because no one ever said hi to her, no one ever interacted with her, she was just put out there and kind of forgotten. I would stop and pet her when my girls and I were over by the fence but then I would have to turn around and take my girls the other direction because they couldn't very well just stand outside the fence in the parking lot there... I have no complaints whatsoever about this property. My only dissatisfaction was the fact that my dogs couldn't get out and play for at least an hour a day and they were locked in the motel room most of the time with the exception of when I would take them out on walks which were about a mile every time and probably three times a day. I work nights so I sleep on and off during the day, I get up at least three times and take them on their long walks and I just felt bad that my girls couldn't get out and play in the Sun while I was taking a short nap. We ended up moving into a small one bedroom, short term rental because I will be in this area working for three months. When I checked out, I stripped down all the beds, laid out the sheets so they were easily counted, laid out the towels so that they could easily be accounted for as well, I cleaned everything... Including mopping the floor... Before I checked out. Anyway if you don't have pets I highly suggest that you stay at the townhouse motel, you will be glad that you did. If you have rambunctious dogs that like to play hard... I would find somewhere else to stay however if you have an older and calmer dog, again I would highly suggest the townhouse motel. Christina was very kind and fair and her back up, Tara, is absolutely awesome!!!!!

The beds are not comfortable in comparison to other hotels. Signs are posted stating people must wear masks in public areas and yet they aren't, and the front desk is not enforcing the mandate. Again. I'm having terrible luck with hotels on this trip. +$160.00 for members or guests is a scam. The Comfort Inn at Sioux Falls is magnificent compared to this hotel and much less expensive. Franchise owners are selling substandard rooms at overly expensive prices. Read up on the Americans with Disabilities Act. Unbelievable. If the manager or owner/s read Yelp reviews I have a notice for you. I have celiac disease, I'm allergic to gluten. Celiac is considered a hidden disease under the Americans With Disabilities Act. But for the other guests - wow. +$160.00 a night you should have magnificent gluten free options for those with gluten allergies at breakfast tomorrow morning. Yes. Great breakfast and genuine concern from the staff and manager I would also like to acknowledge a friendly and respectable staff and my room was clean. However, a motorcycle tourist year round I still feel the one star because of price is justified.
