I found this hotel to be very well maintained. It's very nice and clean and the staff at the desk were very courteous, friendly and helpful. It's located very close to the freeway and there are lots of places to eat within close proximity. Breakfast is included, but to be quite honest it's nothing special. It's just the standard fare and not much to select from. Also, the seating area in the breakfast room was somewhat small. So if they get crowded, I think you might have a problem finding a table.

This hotel looks great, nice big comfy bed & clean room. We had a terrible night sleep every night we were here (3) and mostly because of the air con. The first night we left it on all night, it would turn on and warm the room back up every time it dropped, and it was so noisy every time we did it. We turned the fan down to low and it didn't help. The next night we turned it off, the room stayed warm but the air was so stale it was hard to breathe. The last night was pretty much the same. Also, someone got up early to go to the toilet and I woke to the sound of pee and the system running after flushing. We're always grateful for a place that has a free breakfast. We've stayed in a lot of places that have them. This one was not that good. Everyday was scrambled eggs, a meat, potatoes & waffles in the hot section. There was also oats, cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels & pastries. Every morning the eggs were dry, the waffles were either dry or doughy, one day the potatoes were dry, the pastries were dry on the first day too but Sunday morning they were much better. The left side of the toaster was not as good as the right side at the same temperature level. Most of the tables in the dining area are shoved right under the booth seat because they are wobbly too. Shoving them up prevents the wobble but you can't sit under the table unless you move it out. There was also one day where the room was cleaned but the tea, coffee and towels not replaced. Normally I don't mind when there's a notice saying they are enviro friendly & saving the planet one towel at a time but in this case, they did it once properly & not again. Upon check-out the clerk asked "so I'll just charge your room to the credit card you gave us?" Ah NO, it was fully paid upfront on Expedia thanks!

This place is a joke. They don't honor what they tell you when you book a reservation. Highly don't recommend this place. Very disappointed.

Included breakfast and internet and the place was super clean, very nice & convenient to a lot of restaurants, a mall, and the bus line to the ski mountains.

It's located next to a large indoor mall and other restaurants. I arrived from Honolulu at 10am. The hotel was empty. They would not allow early check in, and I'm a Hilton gold member. That was disappointing. I also did not receive any mywaybenefits. The room was very dated and dingy. The shower had very low water pressure. The TV was super old! The AC at night would go from super freezing cold to boiling hot, resulting in not the best rest. The staff did not seem to want guests there.

This isn't a dead mall rather pretty much the whole space is used which is incredible this day and age. I found the hotel to be slightly dated, but not so bad that it deterred staying here. Warning to people who like a soft-medium mattress, these beds are not for you. They are solid firm mattresses without much give. They stack four thin pillows for you, I brought my own so that helped but I was awake so often to flip over because of pain they didn't really matter much anyway. Access points are at convenient spots around the building right next to the parking area. I appreciated that we could cone into our building close to our room at the opposite end of check in. They have daily cleaning services, if you don't need it that day, be sure to hang the tag on the door so they don't wake you up. I do appreciate the complimentary coffee and tea across from reception and also the cleanliness of the hotel in general even though things do need some tweaking like the squeaky luggage carts and the carpets need to be restretched in the hallways. I think they are trying to bring a great guest experience, so I'm going to leave my rating at a 4, unless something happens that affects that rating while I'm still here.

Smaller place, free parking and decent breakfast! It's just the principle of paying parking fees and a Holiday Inn Express that bugs me, it not like so fancy Hilton hotel on SF or something. So, this location is is just off South Auto mall drive just off the 15 freeway. I did notice a Texas Roadhouse steak place nearby! Easy to get to and park for free! Check in was fine and we all got our rooms just fine. All the keys even worked! My room was on the first floor, I requested that. The WiFi worked as that's the first thing I do when I get to my room is log the sucker on. I can do my work and run my crew that way. The room AC was good and the bathroom was clean and had good hot water pressure for those long hot shower that my little water tank at home can't give me! Everyone else said their rooms were fine. Coffee was available in the lobby all the time, so that's good, but I still miss my Starbucks coffee. Breakfast was fine, exactly what we expect at Holiday Inn Expresses, and those cinnamon rolls are fantastic. I think we'll be happy staying here rather than one of those other locations. The staff here at this location was nice and friendly and efficient.

The breakfast is nice, tho once again the pancake maker wasn't working. Hot water for cocoa wasn't filled, that sort of thing. Little things. My big issue is that I called in advance to be sure the hot tub was working. After a 10 hr drive a gal needs a hot tub. They assured me it was. When we checked in I asked again and was assured it was working. Hubs went to soak and came back to tell me nope, hot tub not working. So I hobble down with the grandkid for him to swim and I check out the hot tub. It's hot: but I go to turn the jets on and the knob and plate literally fell off into my hand. I brought it to the front desk and let them know that indeed no jets were working in the hot tub. I'd leave it at that but as we're soaking and kids swimming, maintenance came in - this man caulked/glued the plate on. So..: no intention of actually fixing the jets/timer - just cover that up.?! And still tell ppl you have a hot tub? Ok then. So we likely won't stay here next year.
