Multi-use body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are in the shower

The King room we stayed in here has the exact same foot print as other Hampton locations we have visited. Vibrant red walls, fabric window blinds, small fridge, full bath. No microwave in this room. There is plenty of parking all around the building with several key card accessed entrances to the ground floor corridor. The elevator is halfway down the corridor. Breakfast is right off the lobby. Public restrooms just past reception. Coffee and hot water available all day. A bottle filling station is in the hallway just past reception. The hotel store carries food, H&B and beer. A small business center is across from the reception desk. The hotel offers a work out room, meeting rooms, a pool, guest laundry and laundry service. An order form for laundry service is in the room closet. That closet has several hangers, a luggage rack, iron and board. The room was clean, bed comfortable, sheets crisp, towels thick. Our king room has three bath towels, a bath mat, two hand towels and wash cloths. Multi-use products are mounted in the shower. Plenty of vanity space plus a shelf underneath. Shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Breakfast included scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, a pot of oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, four juices, coffee/tea, toast/pastry and a waffle making area. Plus all the condiments/cream cheese/jelly/nuts/etc. Hall ways are wide. Doors slightly recessed from the hall. Everything was neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. One mentioned they are undergoing some renovations. I didn't notice any inconvenience to guests due to renovation and everything looks great. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. There are several restaurants and a gas station nearby. The aquarium is about eight minutes away and the downtown area about fifteen minutes or so.

Overall this chain has been consistent. This particular stay was under urgent circumstances and they were very accommodating. We were here for one week June 7-14 2025 This particular hotel is one of their older buildings but still very nice What did not impress: The room we had was 234, I believe it may have original been a single bed suite because the closet was partial block and had to access by a might stand. Very awkward and a pain in the A##. The window area had maybe some water damage once upon a time and had the plaster and the wood was rotted/peeled or missing. Looked very poor and decayed The ac unit worked great, however it sounds like a jet engine stating up or something and seemed louder as our stay progressed -one week Overall I recommend this chain and we have another stay already book at a different location on our way home for tonight.

The hotel is currently doing renovations. They were laying down new carpet in the lobby and on the first floor when we checked in. We waited over 15 mins to check in. There was no rep at the desk, just a sign that said BRB. Room does not have a microwave, just a mini fridge. There is a water fountain near the lobby which was helpful. Breakfast was okay. There was a lot of people at breakfast and the staff had a hard time keeping up with refilling the egg omelettes and sausages. They did have 2 waffle machines.

Such a nice friendly clean hotel. The atmosphere is really set here , all other patrons were very friendly! The hotel smelled and felt very clean! I feel like we are in a safe area and even left a few bags in the car that we never do! Front desk was very nice at check in! The firm bed was of my liking, pillows FLAT! My husband liked those though lol Our view of the highway was nice as well, felt like an updated hotel room! Breakfast was plentiful, cheese omelettes, pork sausage, fresh oatmeal, coffee, 4 different juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal. I would definitely stay again!

    Bugs on the cover

Me and my family stayed at this Hampton Inn in Sandy Utah we got to the room and when I pulled back the covers their were so many bugs on the cover and bed bugs on the sheets I couldn't even stay there I needed to go somewhere else I told the front desk manager kalli about the bugs and needed a refund and that we were going to go somewhere else she said she couldn't give me a refund but she could offer me another room! The health inspector needs to come and inspect this hotel

This Hotel is by far the worst managed, dirty, and inompetently run hotel. Pass on this hotel and spend your money elsewhere.

I have been here for 2 weeks. For the 3rd time there is no hot water, it is lukewarm at best. Seems to be a serious lack of maintenance.

What size is the sofa bed? Also on the Hilton website it says that the King rooms include video games. What does that mean?

My husband and I have talked about staying at this hotel for twenty years. For his 50th birthday,…read morehe didn't want a huge party, but I wanted to do something special. The website says to call for the Sunday special so I did and she wouldn't book me over the phone. She said to go back to the website and just book Friday, then when I checked in they would book the rest with the discount. I went back to the website and it wouldn't let me change the dates I'd previously put in, so I called back and she said she didn't know what could be wrong but I needed to book on the website. She was just completely uninterested in helping me. I called a total of 3 times with the same result, each time being told to book Friday on the website. So I went to another device and it worked. I booked Friday only. At check in, our room had been booked for the rest of the weekend by someone elaw. She offered us a Saturday room change, but we didn't want to move on Saturday. It turned out there were no open rooms for the whole weekend. So we said fine, we'll change rooms and then she said there were none. She was offering a free hot fudge Sunday, like that fixes anything. So I told her I didn't want the room and I needed a refund. She walked away and left me waiting in the lobby for ten minutes and then came back and started typing without saying anything. So I asked if it was taken care of and she said her manager was going to refund the money and just kept typing. So I asked if she still needed me and she said no, so I left. I thought that was bad until 20 minutes later a second transaction, equal to what the hold price for the room was, went through on my card. My husband called and asked why and she told him she was going to call the police for harassment. I went to the website and left a message telling them they needed to find a way to make this right and got no response. I don't know who is running this place, but they have absolutely zero skills in hospitality. Good job ruining an important occasion, Castle Creek Inn.

The breakfast is nice, tho once again the pancake maker wasn't working. Hot water for cocoa wasn't filled, that sort of thing. Little things. My big issue is that I called in advance to be sure the hot tub was working. After a 10 hr drive a gal needs a hot tub. They assured me it was. When we checked in I asked again and was assured it was working. Hubs went to soak and came back to tell me nope, hot tub not working. So I hobble down with the grandkid for him to swim and I check out the hot tub. It's hot: but I go to turn the jets on and the knob and plate literally fell off into my hand. I brought it to the front desk and let them know that indeed no jets were working in the hot tub. I'd leave it at that but as we're soaking and kids swimming, maintenance came in - this man caulked/glued the plate on. So..: no intention of actually fixing the jets/timer - just cover that up.?! And still tell ppl you have a hot tub? Ok then. So we likely won't stay here next year.
