Our stay at the Best Western Plus Graham Inn was very disappointing. The condition of the facility was unacceptable, especially considering the price. The bathtub in our room was in terrible condition. The porcelain had been poorly repaired, leaving uneven cracks and raised patches on both the floor and sides of the tub. There was rust and other debris splattered beneath the faucet, damage to the surrounding walls, and mold in the corners. The bathroom door and walls also showed obvious signs of significant water damage. The room also had a noticeable musty odor, adding to the impression that the property has not been properly maintained. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The guest laundry was out of service, which was a major inconvenience since we were in town for a baseball tournament and needed access to laundry facilities. In addition, the hotel's ice machine was broken during our stay, creating yet another unnecessary inconvenience. Like many hotels in the area, this property is significantly overpriced for what it offers. For the same price or even less, you can find hotels in New York City that are cleaner, better maintained, and provide a much higher-quality experience. Based on our stay, I would have a difficult time recommending this property until significant improvements are made. read more

Very disappointed with the hotel. First time here on business. I picked it because the last time I stayed at a small town the Best Western hotel was nice and clean. This place not so much. It's old and very dingy. The bed was awful. Restroom dirty, bugs everywhere. No shampoo, this place needs a complete redo. Staff was nice but I figured why bother telling them anything not anything they could do. Next time it's a hard pass. read more

This condition of this facility was unacceptable. I guess it should be a warning when every guest at chdckin including those in front of us with young children get a warning against using drugs. Our room was propped open with the broken door latch when we entered. We feared it was occupied but apparently not. Obviously the broken door latch didn't work. it gets worse. The bath tub in our room was damaged and dirty. Ths porcelain and walls were poorly and unevenly cracked and repaired making visible bumps in the tub floor and side. The wall and door also showed serious water damage. The tub also had rust and other particulate splattered under the facet, damage on the walls and mold in corners. The room vents and those above the food in the breakfast food area were so filthy we were uncomfortable eating and went to Starbucks. Dirt and damage were evident throughout. 30 years ago a similar incident at a Best western caused me to boycott the chain for 25 years. This one definitely puts it at the bottom of my list again. read more

We will stay here again! The main thing I look for in a room is cleanliness. The room was spacious and clean with a white bedspread. The front desk receptionist told me that the sheets and bedspreads are washed with bleach after every use. It was also a comfortable bed and we even had a small couch in our room. It also had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The parking lot was well lit and it felt safe. - And it's right now the road from the Walmart that has a good selection of organic produce. Nice hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and we had a beautiful view. The bed was a bit hard for my taste. The breakfast selection was good and varied although there was no meat at all offered. I was disappointed that the vending machines were all empty and the ice machines were also all empty. But the pool was very clean and we really enjoyed it. Theres also a gym and business center if you're into that. The staff was very nice. read more

What a lovely, clean hotel! The decor is top notch - - modern, attractive features throughout. We really appreciated the lamps with the plugins for our phone chargers. It's hard to fathom that in this day and age, a hotel can get away with outdated lamps. But trust me - - they are out there. Our bed and linens were exceptional. Decent pillows - whew!! So many of the BestWestern hotels we have stayed at recently had super mushy, soft pillows. The sheets were so soft! Loved the bedding all around! Great shower with H-O-T, plentiful water. Again - the towels were fluffy and wonderfully absorbent. You guys hit it out of the park, as far as we are concerned. Your hotel is a fine gem - and your staff can be proud of their product. P.S. Really nice staff who do a great job of serving their guests. One sad note - - and it is N-O-T a reflection on anyone affiliated with the hotel - - but as we left your parking lot to move on to Irving, Texas, the pickup truck parked next to us decided to use the vacant lot to the east of your hotel as a dumping grounds for their massive quantities of beer cans, bottles and empty cardboard containers. read more

I stayed 3 night here not one time did they empty the trash give clean towels I went to say something the desk one lady said put the trash outside the door they will pick it up they did not went to ask for trash bags to do it myself they did not have trash bags as much money people pay for these room u would think they would give better service plus the door key would not let us in we had to get the help desk to let us in untill I ask why we had to go through this they stated the mantince man won't be here til Monday I said something about the man came fixed it before Monday this is pitiful service read more

Tldr: infested with bugs, smell of smoke and urine, exposed carpet tack strips. If it was possible to give zero stars that would be more appropriate. We were unaware until check-in that the hotel was under major construction. The first room we were put in smelled like an ashtray, even though it was a non-smoking room. Overnight, the bathroom filled with bugs that began to escape into the room. When we alerted staff we were told to wait for maintenance. After hours of not hearing anything we told them we would just like to be moved. The second room we were given was on the second floor- where all the hallway carpeting had been ripped up and exposed tack strips were left. The door signs were taped on and falling off into the floor. The hallway and rooms smelled of urine, but there were less bugs. Also our shower curtain was covered in mold. The elevator was out of order, and so was the stairs. The lobby had bugs everywhere and no one seemed concerned about it at all. read more

I was completely shocked at what a nice upscale hotel the Best Western plus is! A charming lobby with nice decor, a small gift shop and helpful staff greeted me upon check-in. My room was well appointed with two chairs,a table, large flat screen tv, luxurious pillows and linens, free WiFi, a bathroom with all granite, and lots of lamps for several different lighting options. The breakfast the following morning was outstanding, and consisted of fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown, a variety of breads and pastries, plus the expected juices and coffees. This will definitely be my go-to anytime I find myself near Graham. read more

Manager got hostile with me for no apparent reason. I was sitting in big chair in lobby, and he repeatedly asked me "Can I help you?" He was rude and unprofessional. I had been staying there for almost two weeks you'd think he might recognize me. Guess not. He offered no apology. Washer was broken on second floor. Ice machine broken on first floor. Multiple rooms with TV problems. It's a nice hotel, poorly run by ungrateful management. I stay at MANY Best Westerns around the nation. This is the only one I have even had an issue with. I'm very disappointed in this location, and will be staying elsewhere next time in in Graham. Extra star given for the rest of the staff which IS friendly. read more

where do I even begin. I'll start with the staff is great very nice and friendly. I came here for work and being in the oil field my expectations weren't the highest and being in a small town like Graham Texas didn't help. The check in process was great front desk lady was sweet and knew what she was doing. The room had a very bad odor to it but I was working nights so I over looked that. I usually do work from the hotel on my computer using the WiFi but that was impossible the WiFi was practically nonexistent. Sleeping was near impossible due to the amount of noise the family of crickets were making. The morning I was leaving while packing my bags at 4:30 in the morning to go home the roaches decided to come out and bid me farewell climbing all over the tv stand and computer table so I guess when I get home before I go inside my house I'll be emptying my suitcase in the front yard. This hotel gets 2 stars just because of the friendly staff. read more

Customer service is great. The breakfast is less so. Waffle maker is broken, etc. rooms were clean but hot water and water pressure were in and out. One of our lamps was missing the button to turn it on. The gym was not stocked with towels, the a/c wasn't on and the equipment is broken. read more

Was recently in Graham for a wedding. Wasn't sure where to stay, so we picked the Best Western. Was very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was! Very clean and nice. Staff was excellent - friendly and personable. They were very helpful in directing us to good places to eat as well as to the church where the wedding was. Had microwave, refrigerator, wi-fi, flat screen tv and cable. Non-smoking room. Breakfast the next day had a good variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And, if in Graham again, this will be where I'll stay. Good job, y'all! read more

I had a room at Graham TX in June and booked through Expedia. We arrived at the hotel and they did not have a non-smoking room available for us. They worked and worked to find us a non-smoking room. Ryan was so kind & polite to help us with the issue. I was told to cancel my reservation through Expedia. The Expedia rep called the hotel and spoke with Ryan. They agreed to cancel the Expedia reservation and Ryan would book us through the hotel at the SAME rate. My card was FULLY refunded by Expedia and Best Western charged me MORE than what Expedia did. I called to ask why this was charged this way and immediately was yelled at by Shila for booking through a third party. She would not listen to what I was saying and she hung up on me 3 times! She informed me that she has been working there for 7 years and she cannot give me any other managers information and I could not have contact with her boss. She also informed me that she was the boss and there was no one else to speak to. Please do NOT stay at this hotel. You will have to deal with Shila who is EXTREMELY unprofessional and will charge you more than they promise! We come to Graham, TX every year for the World Series of Team roping and I will make sure we do not have to stay at this hotel again!!! read more
