While the product itself has been good, my experience with the customer service has been more mixed. I personally did not find Megan to be particularly warm or consistently responsive, and communication at times felt more limited than I would have preferred. I do want to recognize Lyn in the office, who has been much more responsive and helpful whenever I've reached out. I've really appreciated her follow-through and communication.
