I had my Panasonic over the range microwave repaired there…read more very polite and courteous staff. i wasn't sure if any companies repaired over the range microwaves but i was surprised to find that Dunbarton does. the microwave was much to large to bring in to their store on my own and they sent out a very nice gentleman to my home to pick it up . within a couple of days , he brought it back to my home and installed it for me . its good as new. thank you

I'm not entirely sure, I was just told the brand and the price and told to go get it. The store has covid precautions set up. There is a sign asking all customers entering the store to use the automatic hand sanitizer dispenser at the front. There are arrows on the ground indicating which ways customers should walk. These were a bit funny though they all seemed to just point into the store with no way to get out. They also have plexiglass set up at the registers to protect their employees. When I walked in an associate was over almost instantly to help. I let her know what I was looking for and she checked with another employee to find it. It was a super quick and easy transaction. The only thing I will note is that it was a little overpriced versus what you can get from Amazon. I haven't been inside The Source in ages and was delighted with how well organized everything was. Gone are the days of the very cluttered Radio Shacks. They had a small console gaming session with some accessories and games. I kind of liked that it was the pared down version with only the most popular titles. They also had a lot of really fun lamps. Yes - lamps. There were smaller Himalayan salt ones, a globe lamp that you can actually draw on and erase, and some utility ones that are also built in desk organizers. A good visit all in all since I accomplished my mission and got some inspiration for desk decorating.

I got a call about the repair for the powering. Note when the tv stayed on the picture was beautiful. Going forward I was told the repair cost will be about $300.00 by Mark. The tv was brought back and left in the dinning room until I could get help to remount it on the wall. So a couple of days latter it was put back on the wall. Turned it on and half the tv is really dark. I called Mark at Holdcroft and he told me that sometimes these things happen in transporting the tv from his shop to the customers home. Then he asked for a picture so I sent it. He told me that some lamps are out and I would need to pay him another 300 to get it fixed!!! Any lawyers out there???

He said he had never seen this before and it couldn't be that. Told me he doesn't know what the problem is but if you replace the light engine that would fix the problem. Well there are 3 major components to the TV and the light eng. is $800 the others around $200... I wasn't going to blow $800 on a 5yr old TV. I was fine with the $70 service call but he charged me $30 labor fee for taking off 3 screws on the top right corner to peer inside. ( took 10 secs ) BS SO i waited a bit, finally got pissed off at the screen. Did some more goggling and found out it was the vertical/horizontal adjustment and just did it my fucking self. Clerk advised he needed to know the laptop model as we did not we drove home and brought it back Entered store and his college said to me he could not look it up by model number he needed the actual laptop ! Well I should of bee told to bring in the actual laptop ! Which is strange I bought in the past laptop chargers and never was told bring in the entire laptop ( but thats okay ) He did not want to be bothered to look it up on his computer and I insisted ! then when the initial sales clerk came he then changed the story and said he asked he did ask me for the model number if I was in the store but said he told me to bring in the entire laptop ! WHat a liar !!!!!!! But he decided to make an elaborate scene to impress the other college . I told him to stop it and move on ! Because I know you cant debate with a LIAR !!!! They looked it up he came back and he started to go on to impress his colleague next to him the same thing !!! Trying to belittle me ! I finally got mad and said , " I told you just to move on so I can complete my purchase and since you continue I want to let you know I will be going live on facebook to show how you deal with customers " He immediately stopped !!!!!! Went to the Oshawa location on black Friday to purchase a GPU. After waiting in line my brother and…read moreI showed our phones which had the ad for the GPU open to the employee behind the counter. After looking at the ad, the employee grabbed our two GPUs and brought them to the counter behind the cash. After having the GPUs placed in a bag and only then put on the checkout counter we were able to pay. After purchasing the GPUs we walked outside and quickly took the boxes out of the bags. To our surprise the GPUs we had been given were not the ones we had asked for. After returning to the store not even 2 minutes later were told by several employees including the manager Dan S, that we would not be able to return our items until after the weekend had ended. Absolutely ridiculous rule considering we had not been allowed to hold or even look at the product until after checkout. The only reason they get 2 stars is because there was no hassle when returning the GPUs.
