Too many patients and not enough care givers. I called and spoke to Elizabeth but nothing could be done she said as that was the decision. WHY and how was that choice made? I am almost 73 and quite healthy so maybe I don't give them enough business or that I am just elderly. This facility has been where I have been going to for the last 30+ years first with Dr. & Cynthia Keys (amazing care providers) and then when ownership changed with Dr. Marie Hebert and Shannon a FNP (or PA). They both left the practice (surprise) and I was then informed (weeks ago) Rachel Hebert FNP would take over as my provider. Now I receive this surprising & distressful news just when I need to be taken care of. Has anyone else been notified about something like this? What a shoddy way to handle the precious healthcare of people.

I saw Dr. Ryan Sweeney, who ran tests and figured out that my progesterone levels were in the toilet. He spent 2 minutes with me and made an assumption about knee and wrote me off work. When I told the RN that I did not want to be off of work and asked her to have him come talk to me, she left the room. I could hear Jeremy, through the wall, yelling at her so I walked out to the door of his office and he started yelling at me. And, yes, I raised my voice to meet his tone/volume. What happened to talking to someone more than 2 minutes before making an assumption. The RN asked me to go back into the room. The next thing I know a supervisor came into the room and immediately started lecturing me. She didn't even takt the time to hear my side of the story! I think she was biased against me before she ever walked into the room! His attitude actually started in the waiting room. I was listing to a video on my phone. When he came into the waiting room, he snapped, "If you on your phone were not going to see you!!!" I replied, "I'm not on my phone, just listening to a video." He walked away and I followed. People like him should not be working in the health care profession!!! I will never return to Umpqua Urgent Care and risk being treated like that again! 's

We had such a good experience we wish they were our primary care providers! Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor treated us warmly and professionally. I use VA medical care but I pay out of pocket to see Dr. Riccalarsen in addition to the VA. She has been my Primary care provider at three different offices and I wouldn't trade her for the world. She now has her own practice. I couldn't be more happy. I had a contenscious issue with her at one point. It turned out I was wrong and she was right. I am glad she knew best. She saved me from premature dimentia by taking me off a medication she had concerns about. She has my respect forever. I RECOMMEND DR. RICCALARSEN.

They offer many services, I came here to verify my pregnancy and I also had my first ultrasound here. They have someone on site as an advocate for you and they talk to you about all the available resources and help they offer and that the city offers. I've attended most of their embracing pregnancy classes and each class is fun, informative and generous. I've received so many gifts from this clinic for my little one and for my postpartum journey. I feel lucky they are here when you need them. We worked with Dr. Carlson who is very knowledgeable and really explains things well to his patients. He is patient and thorough in explaining the information to someone who recently had a heart attack. This has been my daughter's primary care provider for most of her life and always have gotten…read moreexcellent service from Dr. Jorgensen and his staff. I brought my daughter in first thing in the morning, not for an appointment but to ask a question pertaining to getting a COVID-19 test for her. We were received by the COVID screener who directed us to the clinic window were we patiently waited about ten minutes for the receptionist to finish her phone conversation and slide the window open. The first thing I noticed the receptionist was wearing her mask below her nose, not proper use of PPE. I politely asked her about getting an order for a COVID test for my daughter and she went a little sideways on us, she took a tone and related that my daughter shouldn't even be in the building and that we should have stayed in our car and called in from the parking lot, granted my daughter wanted a C-19 test but she wasn't showing any symptoms but believed she was exposed to it. Receptionist said that it had to be four days after exposure to get a test and also that they wouldn't do the test there and that I would have to take my daughter some where else. In my opinion, not a good example to be setting when your preaching COVID protocols and at the same time your not properly wearing your mask.
