BestMed - Roseburg I…read morecame in after having severe pain & swelling in my breast that persisted 6 days at the point that I went to urgent care. The doctor refused to hear me that I had no symptoms of mastitis - I requested an ultrasound, to which he replied that ins providers would not appreciate him ordering "unnecessary tests" I explained to the doctor that im a breastfeeding mom and due to circulation issues on my right side, I was only able to use the affected breast to feed my child and she is very upset- our home is loosing sleep to which he replied "she sounds spoiled" he gave my breast a quick grope - and kicked me out with a $500 bill, and gave me antibiotics for an infection I did not have. I left feeling unheard - and like women's health does not matter to big pharma. by Monday, my daughters mouth began bleeding, and thats how Dr. Chat GPT diagnosed us with thrush and recommended a topical antifungal. When I tell you the pain subsided immediately and my daughters mouth cleared up the next day I was so furious. not only did they not hear me when I told them I didnt have any symptoms for what they were treating me, they charged me $500 to give me the wrong answer - now they are unable to provide an itemized bill to explain why being seen at their facility cost so much when no labs were performed and nothing was done but a boob grope. save your money and your mental state a huge hit - just ask chat GPT

I have been going to White Oak for over ten years. Had Marie Herbret, she left abruptly, then…read moreShannon for the next year, she left abruptly, now with Rachel Hebert who I like very much. The only reason for not a 5 rate is having to wait3 weeks for a follow up visit from urgent care for back pain to get a MRI. But I know I'm not the only one on the planet. Great office staff. Please don't leave Rachel!!!

Shocked to say the least! This past week I received a phone call from Elizabeth w/White Oak (went…read moreto VM) informing me that I was to be dropped as a patient because of an overload at the clinic. Too many patients and not enough care givers. I called and spoke to Elizabeth but nothing could be done she said as that was the decision. WHY and how was that choice made? I am almost 73 and quite healthy so maybe I don't give them enough business or that I am just elderly. This facility has been where I have been going to for the last 30+ years first with Dr. & Cynthia Keys (amazing care providers) and then when ownership changed with Dr. Marie Hebert and Shannon a FNP (or PA). They both left the practice (surprise) and I was then informed (weeks ago) Rachel Hebert FNP would take over as my provider. Now I receive this surprising & distressful news just when I need to be taken care of. Has anyone else been notified about something like this? What a shoddy way to handle the precious healthcare of people.
