This is a hard review for me to write as we went to Watson's after a family death. My beloved…read morenephew passed away in October of last year and I have been postponing this review as thinking about his cremation makes me devastated. He was a light that shone so bright and he is so missed. Watson's treated him like a family member and was very respectful of our grieving and needs when it came to his cremation and Urn. They helped the process along with a gentle guiding hand and did not try to "sell" us on anything besides what we wanted. The memorial cards we ordered turned out amazing. The respect and kindness they showed us was truly genuine. They made a horrific event that much better.

The urn itself is beautiful and timeless, and hasn't changed one bit within these 15 years. The woman working the front desk was incredibly kind, and went as far to rush out in the rain to talk to me. The man who did the service itself was incredibly professional and witty.
