Very Disappointing Experience…read more I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Northeast Title & Tag. I expected professional and reliable service, but unfortunately that was not my experience. There is a employee named ADRIELLE F. As my wife and I handed her our mortgage assistance documents I explained to her that they were mortgage assistance documents that need to be notarized. She took the documents and read them over. She then allowed us to sign. As we were signing she started to embarrass us in front of customers. She wanted my wife and I to REPEAT OUT LOUD more that 2 times what the documents were. She assumed out loud that we didn't understand what we were signing. In the middle of signing she denied her service. When I mentioned that I would be writing a review her co worker behind the register chuckled at us. It was very degrading. We felt belittled, ridiculed and for the most part racially profiled. We did get them notarized at a different notary. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location on RT 940
