Terrible customer service. I am trying to help my elderly…read moreparents who live in the Poconos get their insurance updated. They drive maybe five miles a week. I was told to bring in their last two oil changes. They get their oil changed once a year because again they drive maybe five miles a week. I brought in the last thee oil changes. Two weeks later I'm told we need a picture of their dashboard with the latest mileage. I'm in Queens. They are in the Poconos, I explained. Could they talk to their underwriters and make the point that two consecutive oil change records are surely enough to show my 80 and 81 year old parents do not drive a lot. They did not volunteer to do this. Could they at least apologize for giving me the wrong initial information? They could not. They show no understanding nor any sympathy of the difficulties of caring for elderly parents from far away. Go elsewhere.
