I still remember that first meeting vividly--what was supposed to be a one-hour chat ended up being three hours! It was basically a crash course on real estate 101. As a first time home buyer, I had lots and lots of questions, but Alex was so personable and patient. He went into great detail about the process upfront and always explained things in plain, easy-to-understand language. He made sure we truly understood all the technical terms and jargon before moving forward. Alex is incredibly communicative and approachable.
