We ended up with a great realtor who got us our full price and was just as knowledgeable, if not more so. She really cared about us as a family and followed through on every detail. We also found out that low balling is a common tactic if a realtor wants look like she or he sells a lot of property. 5 or 6% of $10,000. is not very much, but $10,000. was a lot of equity we were able to put towards our next home. Our best advice is to stay away from this realtor or at least interview several before making a choice.

I wanted to Craigslist my bow, so I brought it and a big target trap out to test it, put the trap against the wall, shot four arrows and came back inside. Someone called the police and JMC. Someone also called JMC and the police to say I was cooking meth. I've never even seen meth before. My neighbors seem nice, but someone has it out for me. The only thing I can think of is I had a red Mohawk for about six weeks (I'm in a band). JMC won't renew my lease. Maybe they also want to raise the rent, I don't know. The smoke detector wouldn't stop beeping, yes I put in a brand new alkaline battery, so I had to unplug it, the bathroom fan that comes on with the light is deafeningly loud so I had to disable that too. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH JAKOBSON. They are cold and obtuse. It's a shame, because I actually like the apartment, it's pretty nice.
