I realized that Delores had been charging me for many sessions that I had not scheduled. She was billing insurance for almost twice as many sessions as I had actually scheduled and attended. I called insurance and they didn't seem to take action as Delores is still practicing. I knew at least four others who saw Delores and they had the same issue, some with outrageous amounts. I would not recommend her as she is highly unprofessional and is commuting blatant insurance fraud!

C2C called and apologized, but the incompetence is everywhere. Avoid this company at all costs... Reading the other 1-star review from January, it's clear that C2C is trying to fill their roster with anyone who will take a job without ensuring professionalism, competence, or reliability. Thankfully, we jumped ship with this joke of a company. If your mental health for you or yours is important, this is not where you should be gambling that mental health.
