He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

Can I give her 6 stars?…read more We had an exceptional experience working with our real estate agent. From start to finish, Elizabeth went above and beyond the call of duty and consistently demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, warmth and attention to detail. Elizabeth stood out from other real estate agents after our initial meeting. She truly took the time to understand our needs, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made herself available when we needed guidance or had questions. Elizabeth displayed a commitment to getting the best possible outcome for us was evident in everything she did. What impressed us most was how personally invested Elizabeth was in our success as a buyer and seller. She went the extra mile at every step and made a stressful process feel manageable. We have an infant, and her level of attention to finding us a suitable home for our family was clear. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work, expertise, and dedication. We would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for an experienced, professional, and truly committed real estate agent!

Elizabeth helped us buy a home from across the country under often difficult circumstances…read more What really stood out was how she approached neighborhoods/towns. Instead of just lining up a few properties in our price range, Elizabeth showed us a wide range of options across different areas. She explained what each neighborhood felt like. She pointed out where things were, how traffic moved, what the vibe was, etc. She talked about schools, commute times, which neighborhoods were quieter. She answered every question and concern patiently and thoroughly. She got what we cared about. She listened early on when we talked about what we needed, and then she remembered it. That meant the homes she showed us weren't random. They fit what we were actually looking for. And when things got messy during closing (they always do), Elizabeth sorted it out. She kept us in the loop even when we were across the country and couldn't do anything ourselves. You can tell she wants her clients to have good outcomes and be happy, not just close deals. Buying from out of state is hard. Elizabeth made it manageable and we really appreciate it.

I had a rather disheartening experience During the open house and in conversations over the phone…read morewith my realtor, it was made explicitly clear that the bids were being reviewes on a specific date. My realtor and I took this information seriously and invested considerable time and effort into preparing our bid, ensuring that it was competitive and reflective of our genuine interest in the property. To my shock and disappointment, on the day before the anticipated bidding process (Monday), we were informed that an offer had already been accepted. While I understand that this may be within the boundaries of the law, I find it difficult to reconcile this with ethical principles. It seems unfair to those of us who attended the open house, did our due diligence, and dedicated our time and resources to prepare bids, only to discover that the property was sold before the advertised bidding day. What is particularly vexing is the fact that the offer that was accepted earlier was for a lesser amount than the one we intended to submit. This development raises questions not only about the integrity of the process but also about the fiduciary responsibility to the client, as well as the commitment to ensuring fairness for all potential buyers. I believe that the events surrounding this open house have not only been detrimental to the potential buyers but also may have compromised the client's interests. The lack of transparency and the perception of favoritism ultimately reflect poorly on the reputation as a realtor. If I were selling my house, I would not use this realtor as I don't feel that she had the best offer for her client. Her "changing the rules" after so many were interested in this house make me question her morality.
