Marie has been in business for a long time and really knows houses. I saw a property online that had a deed restriction on it, and Marie explained what the implications would be when I'd want to sell it. She was able to negotiate a price that was lower than the list price, which was impressive in a sellers' market. I'm a first-time homebuyer so I appreciated her knowledge and experience: she has an excellent eye for what will need fixing. And she would sometimes suggest looking at properties that I might not initially consider because she saw potential in them. The home I ended up buying in Brighton is over 100-years-old and it hadn't been renovated for many decades. Marie was very helpful walking through the house and pointing out the things that would need to be done, so I got a good sense of what I'd have to commit to if I bought the property. Marie Presti is the best realtor that I have used to date. I have bought and sold about 10 properties in the past 10 years and no one even comes close. We interviewed another realtor from Winthrop and were told that our house should be priced $100,000 less than what Marie got for us.
