They charged me between $400 and $500 for fee's and after I paid that, I found out that I did NOT get the house and they still hadn't made a decision from the seller. I got my escrow money back but she refused to reimburse me for the $500 I paid out of pocket that I would NOT have paid until I knew I definitely got the house. I would never use her or her office again and have since found another realtor who I like and purchased a home.
