She's smart and thorough and I trusted her opinion - but I still got three quotes anyway. Joyner and another company had similar prices but I went with Joyner. Unfortunately, the agent seemed stressed and rushed but we made an appointment anyway. We rearranged our schedules to meet with her. She was on the phone when we arrived, which was okay. But after 15 minutes of waiting, we gave up and left. Went with the other agent. Really too bad.
